Grind Settings Guide: The grinder offers adjustable grind settings suitable for various coffee brewing methods: FRENCH PRESS & PERCOLATOR (coarsest), DRIP COFFEE/CAFETIERE (medium), ESPRESSO (finest).
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
- Read all instructions carefully before using this product.
- Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical products, especially when children are present.
- Warning: To avoid the risk of electrical shock, always make sure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before relocating, servicing, or cleaning it.
- This product is intended for grinding coffee beans to brew coffee for human consumption.
- Do not use the product for any other purpose.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not intended for use by children. Close adult supervision is necessary when this product is used near children.
- Do not leave the product unattended while in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use.
- Always place the product on a flat, steady, stable surface.
- Keep the Power Cord and product away from heated surfaces.
- Do not place this product in or expose it to water or other liquids.
- Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer as a risk of fire, electrical shock, or serious personal injury may result.
- To avoid the risk of serious personal injury or damage to the product, keep hands, hair, other body parts, clothing, and utensils away from the grinding blades while operating the product.
- Plug the product into a standard AC electrical outlet.
- Never plug the product into an electrical outlet unless it is completely assembled and the Lid is securely in place.
- Before removing the Lid, unplug the product from the electrical outlet and make sure the grinding has completely stopped.
- Do not plug or unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
- Do not allow the Power Cord to hang (i.e., over the edge of a table or counter) where it can be tripped over or pulled.
- Disconnect the plug (do not pull on the Power Cord) from the electrical outlet.
- Unplug the product from the electrical outlet prior to putting on or removing parts.
- Never operate this product if it has a damaged Power Cord or plug, is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, or if the Motor Housing has been exposed to water or other liquids. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing. Return the product to a service center for examination and repair.
- This product is intended for indoor, non-commercial, household use only. Do not use outdoors.
NOTE: A short power cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. If a longer cord is required, extension cords are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If an extension cord is used: (1) the marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product; (2) the extension cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can accidentally be pulled on or tripped over by children or pets.
Using the Coffee Grinder
NOTE: Before using the coffee grinder for the first time, thoroughly clean the Lid, the Hopper, the Motor Housing, the Container Lid, and the Container. Then, thoroughly dry them. Remove any foreign objects or debris from the Container and Hopper before each use.
- Securely attach the Hopper and Lid onto the Motor Housing.
- Pour the coffee beans into the Hopper. The Hopper has a capacity of 250g. Do not fill the coffee grinder beyond the brim of the Hopper.
- Securely attach the Container and Container Lid into the Motor Housing. The Container has a capacity of 95g. Do not fill the ground coffee beyond the max line of the Container.
- Controls:
- The doser/time switch ranges from 2 to 12 cups.
- There is a power indicator light.
- There is an on/off button [on/off button].
- Grind Selector: Set the variable grind selector to your desired coarseness (refer to the grind settings guide for different coffee types).
- Operation Steps:
- Assemble the parts together, ensuring the Hopper is empty and clean.
- Fill the Hopper with whole coffee beans.
- Plug the product into a standard AC electrical outlet.
- Set the variable grind selector as desired.
- Turn the doser/time switch to the number of cups you wish to grind.
- Press the on/off button.
- Start the grinding by pressing down the top lid and keep it pressed down during its working.
- Unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use or left unattended.
Care and Maintenance
CAUTION: Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before cleaning it.
- Always clean the product immediately after each use.
- Wash the Lid in warm, soapy water; then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe clean the inside of the Container and Motor Housing with a soft, damp cloth; then thoroughly dry them.
- CAUTION: Do not immerse the Motor Housing into water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product.
- Do not oil or sharpen the grinding blades.
- Store the product in a cool, dry place.
- If the fineness knob is too tight, you can idle the motor to solve the problem.

The coffee grinder consists of the following parts:

Description of Assembly Steps:
- Step 1: Alignment - Align the hopper with the motor housing.
- Step 2: Install - Place the hopper onto the motor housing.
- Step 3: Tighten - Secure the hopper by twisting it.
How to Clean Your Coffee Grinder?
- Step 1: Remove the hopper and clean.
- Step 2: Pull apart your burrs.
- Step 3: Clean your burrs.
- Step 4: Brush the inside of your grinder and pour out these coffee grounds.
- Step 5: Remove the box and clean out the residual coffee grounds from the grind mouth.
- Step 6: After cleaning the box, hopper, and exterior of the product, please install the cleaned parts.
Trouble Shooting
The following simple issues can be handled by the user. Please contact the after-sale service department if the issues are not settled.
