• How do I synchronize my Timex iQ+ Move watch with my smartphone?

  Open the Timex Connected app, press and hold the watch crown for 5 seconds until a melody sounds and the hands move to 12 o'clock, and listen for the confirmation melody.

• Is my Timex watch water-resistant?

  Many Timex watches are water-resistant (e.g., up to 50 meters). However, to maintain water resistance, do not press any buttons while under water, and rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water.

• What does the Timex warranty cover?

  The Timex International Warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the purchase date. It does not cover the battery, lens, band, or damage from abuse or unauthorized repairs.

• How do I activate the INDIGLO night-light?

  Press and hold the watch crown to activate the INDIGLO night-light. The light will stay on for 2–3 seconds after the crown is released.
