4. Konfiguracja i instalacja
Follow these steps to install your 300W DC Spindle Upgrade Kit.
4.1 Spindle Installation
- Ensure your CNC machine is powered off and disconnected from the main power supply.
- Remove the existing spindle from its clamp on the Z-axis.
- Insert the new 300W DC Spindle into the spindle clamp. For 3018-SE V2 users, the spindle directly fits without needing to change the clamp.
- Secure the spindle firmly in the clamp, ensuring it is vertical and stable.
4.2 Wiring Instructions for Masuter 3
Connect the 300W spindle to your Masuter 3 CNC machine as shown in the diagram below.
- Connect the spindle motor cable to the "Spindle (300W)" port on the integrated control box.
- Connect the 24-48V DC input cable from the CNC machine's control board to the "24-48 DC Input" port on the integrated control box.
- Plug the AC input cable from the integrated control box into a standard 110V power outlet.

4.3 Wiring Instructions for Masuter Pro / Masuter 4040
Connect the 300W spindle to your Masuter Pro or Masuter 4040 CNC machine as shown in the diagram below.
- Connect the spindle motor cable to the "Spindle2" port on the integrated control box.
- Connect the 24-48V DC input cable from the CNC machine's control board to the "24-48V DC Input" port on the integrated control box.
- Plug the AC input cable from the integrated control box into a standard 110V power outlet.

5. Instrukcja obsługi
Once the spindle upgrade kit is installed and wired correctly, follow these steps for operation:
- Włączanie: Ensure all connections are secure. Flip the power switch on the integrated control box to the "ON" position.
- Spindle Speed Adjustment: Use the speed adjust knob on the integrated control box to manually set the desired spindle rotation speed. Turn clockwise to increase speed and counter-clockwise to decrease speed.
- CNC Operation: Operate your CNC machine as usual, initiating carving or milling tasks through your CNC control software. The 300W spindle provides increased power for working with harder materials like aluminum and copper.
