Server Express® Pump

Tips and tricks to help you get started with your new Server Express® pump.

1. Preparation and Cleaning

Remove the Server Express® Pump unit from its box. Wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry all pump parts thoroughly before initial use.

2. Pinch Valve Insertion

Squeeze the pinch valve open to ensure it is not stuck shut, then insert it into the pump housing.

3. Dome Securing

Press the dome into the housing until it is fully seated, then wrap the loop around the lower opening to secure it.

4. Tube Lubrication and Installation

Lubricate the tube with a small amount of clean water. Install the tube by rotating it until both pegs on the pump housing fit securely into the corresponding holes on the tube.

5. Connector Installation

Lubricate the connector with water and install it. Rotate the connector until both pegs on the connector fit into the holes on the tube. For 1½ gallon pouches, use the 16mm connector. For 3 gallon pouches, use the 38mm connector. Ensure the connector points away from the end of the discharge tube.

6. Discharge Fitting Attachment

Insert the discharge fitting into the discharge tube. Place the loop of the fitting around the peg located on the end of the discharge tube.

7. Fully Assembled Pump

The pump is now fully assembled.
