This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Raycharm LED Interior Light Bar, Model 262-370. This product is designed for various vehicle interiors, including Hiace, light vans, trucks, trailers, camping cars, and boats, operating on 12V/24V DC power systems.

ਇੰਸਟਾਲੇਸ਼ਨ

Before beginning installation, ensure the power supply is disconnected. Choose a mounting location that is clean, dry, and provides adequate space for the light bar.

ਮਾਊਂਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਕਲਪ

The light bar offers two primary mounting methods:

1. ਵਿਕਲਪ 1: ਪੇਚ ਮਾਊਂਟਿੰਗ
   Remove the end caps of the light bar to expose the screw holes. Position the light bar in the desired location and mark the screw points. Drill pilot holes if necessary, then secure the light bar using the provided screws. Reattach the end caps.

2. Option 2: Concealed Fastener Mounting (Adhesive Pads)
   Ensure the mounting surface is thoroughly cleaned and dry. Apply the adhesive mounting pads to the back of the light bar or directly to the mounting surface. Press the light bar firmly into place for several seconds to ensure a strong bond. This method provides a clean, screw-free appearance.

ਵਾਇਰਿੰਗ

The light bar comes with pre-attached wiring. Connect the red wire to the positive (+) terminal of your 12V/24V DC power source and the white wire to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated to prevent short circuits.

ਓਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ

Once installed and wired correctly, the Raycharm LED Interior Light Bar is operated using the integrated ON/OFF switch located on one end of the unit. Simply toggle the switch to turn the light on or off.

ਰੱਖ-ਰਖਾਅ

The Raycharm LED Interior Light Bar requires minimal maintenance.

If the light bar does not function as expected, consider the following:

  • Inspect for blown fuses: If connected to a fused circuit, check if the fuse has blown.
