1. Veiligheidsmaatregelen & -waarschuwingen
1. 1 Voorzorgsmaatregelen
Laat het product niet door kinderen gebruiken. Dit apparaat mag alleen gebruikt worden door individuen die de functies en veiligheidsprocedures met betrekking tot dit apparaat volledig begrijpen. Gebruikers met fysieke, motorische of cognitieve beperkingen kunnen dit product alleen gebruiken onder supervisie van een verantwoordelijk individu. Dit product is geen speelgoed en mag niet gebruikt worden door kinderen. De robot is ontwikkeld om verticale ramen en glas te reinigen. Het reinigen van andere schuine oppervlakken is op eigen verantwoordelijkheid en vereist meer aandacht. Als het raam of glazen frame een beschadigde siliconen rubberen rand heeft, let dan goed op lekken of vallen van het apparaat tijdens reinigen. Gebruikers moeten er goed op letten dat het product veilig gebruikt wordt.
1. 2 Veiligheidsaspecten
– Gebruik alleen de originele adapter. Gebruik van een niet-originele adapter kan leiden tot defecten of schade aan het product.
– Zorg ervoor dat de adapter voldoende ruimte biedt voor ventilatie en afvoer van warmte tijdens gebruik. Wikkel de adapter niet in andere voorwerpen.
– Gebruik de adapter niet in een vochtige omgeving en raak hem niet aan met natte handen. Dit kan een elektrische schok of storing veroorzaken.
– Laad de ruitenreiniger alleen op met een spanning die overeenkomt met de specificaties van de stroomadapter.
– Gebruik geen beschadigde stroomadapter, oplaadkabel of stekker. Haal altijd de stekker van de stroomadapter uit het stopcontact voordat u het apparaat reinigt of onderhoudt. Schakel de stroom niet uit door een verlengsnoer los te draaien, dit kan een elektrische schok veroorzaken.
– Demonteer de stroomadapter niet. Vervang de adapter in geheel als deze defect is. Neem voor hulp of reparaties contact op met de klantenservice of een erkende distributeur.
– Als de accu niet correct behandeld wordt bestaat er risico op verbranding of chemisch letsel. Demonteer de accu niet (dit veroorzaakt kortsluiting). Stel het product niet bloot aan vuur of termperaturen boven de 60 graden Celsius.
– Gooi gebruikte accu’s op de juiste manier weg (breng ze naar een lokaal verzamelpunt). Volg de nationale wet- en regelgeving voor het afvoeren/recyclen van accu’s.
– Volg deze handleiding strikt op bij gebruik van het product. Het niet opvolgen hiervan kan leiden tot storingen of letsel.
– Bewaar deze handleiding voor toekomstig gebruik.
– Dompel dit product niet onder in vloeistoffen (zoals water, dranken of schoonmaakmiddel) en bewaar het niet langdurig in een vochtige omgeving.
– Het is verboden om vloeistoffen toe te voegen die niet specifiek bedoeld zijn voor het reinigen van ramen, zoals azijn, frisdrank of andere zelfgemaakte middelen. Deze kunnen schadelijk zijn voor de robot.

Vermijd blootstelling aan direct zonlicht en houd het product uit de buurt van warmtebronnen, zoals radiatoren, heaters, magnetrons en gasfornuizen. Houd het product uit de buurt van sterke magneten, aangezien deze de werking ervan kunnen verstoren. Bewaar dit product buiten bereik van kinderen. Gebruik het product alleen binnen een temperatuurbereik van 5-30 graden Celsius. Gebruik het product niet om beschadigd glas of oneffen oppervlakken te reinigen, onvoldoende zuigkracht kan ervoor zorgen dat de robot losraakt, valt en beschadigt. De ingebouwde batterij kan alleen door de fabrikant of een erkend service centrum vervangen worden. Koppel altijd de stroom los voordat u de accu verwijdert of aanraakt. 2.4 De afstandsbediening
Laad de batterij van de afstandsbediening niet op, demonteer deze niet en stel deze niet bloot aan vuur. Dit kan een explosie veroorzaken.
Gebruik alleen AAA/RL batterijen van het aangegeven type. Combinatie van verschillende typen batterijen kan het circuit beschadigen. Bij het plaatsen of verwijderen van de batterij drukt u het klepje van de afstandsbediening naar beneden, opent u het batterijvak en plaatst u vervolgens de batterij. Zorg ervoor dat de negatieve pool is uitgelijnd met het corresponderende uiteinde van de veer en druk deze naar beneden. Omgekeerde plaatsing is niet toegestaam. Sluit het batterijklepje na plaatsing goed af.
Combineer oude en nieuwe batterijen (of verschillende modellen/typen batterijen) niet met elkaar.

3. Werkingsinstructies stap-voor-stap
1
Installeer de reinigingsdoek en reinigingsring
Controleer volgens het diagram of de reinigingsdoek goed aan de reinigingsring is bevestigd. Zorg er vervolgens voor dat de reinigingsring stevig op het reinigingswiel zit. Een correcte installatie is essentieel om luchtlekkage te voorkomen en optimale prestaties van het apparaat te garanderen.

Reinigingsvloeistof injecteren
1. Draai het apparaat om, open het siliconen klepje en vul de watertank met water of, indien gewenst, schoonmaakmiddel voor ramen. 2. Vul de watertank niet volledig, 90% vol is voldoende om een stabiele luchtdruk te behouden.
Het is verboden om vloeistoffen toe te voegen die niet specifiek ontwikkeld zijn voor het schoonmaken van ramen, zoals azijn, soda, of een andere zelf gemaakte substantie. Dit kan de robot beschadigen.

Verbind een Veiligheidskoord
1. Controleer of het veiligheidskoord heel is en verbindt deze stevig aan de robot. 2. Fixeer het andere eind van het veiligheidskoord aan een ander object in de kamer, zorg ervoor dat het niet loskomt of valt.

1. Schakel de robot in en controleer of de ventilator ronddraait. 2. Plaats de machine op het glad, houdt hierbij 15-30 cm afstand van het kozijn. 3. Zorg ervoor dat de robot goed op het glas zit en laat hem los. 4. Druk de startknop (of kies een reinigingsmodus) en de robot begint te werken.

4.2 Droog Vegen
1. Gebruik eerst droog vegen (zonder water) om zand van het glas te verwijderen. 2. Als er vooraf water of schoonmaakmiddel op het raam of de reinigingsdoek wordt gesproeid, dan
mengt dit met het zand en wordt het gele modder waardoor de robot minder goed werkt. 3. Droog Vegen is het meest effectief in een zonnige, niet-vochtige omgeving.

4.3 Nat Vegen
De raamreinigingsrobot heeft twee water uitlaten. Tijdens reinigen aan de linkerkant wordt de linker uitlaat gebruikt, tijdens reiniging aan de rechterkant sproeit de rechter uitlaat water.

5. Gebruiks- en Veiligheidsinstructies
Bij een stroomstoring schakelt de robot automatisch over op de ingebouwde batterij, welke 20 minuten meegaat als deze volledig opgeladen is. Tijdens een stroomstoring blijft de machine stilstaan: het rode licht knippert en er klinkt een waarschuwingsgeluid. Benader de robot van voren om te voorkomen dat hij door stroomuitval van het glas valt. Gebruik het veiligheidskoord om het apparaat terug te trekken. Als u dit doet, houd het koord dan zo dicht mogelijk bij het glas, om te voorkomen dat de robot van het glas valt.

6. Gids Voor Onderhoud & Probleemoplossing
1. Als de reinigingsdoek voor het eerst gebruikt wordt (Vooral in een vieze omgeving op de buitenste ruitenvan een raam kan de robot langzaam lopen of zelfs uitvallen).
A. Reinig de robot met een schone reinigingsdoek na het uitpakken. B. Spray een kleine hoeveelheid water en raamreiniger op de reinigingsdoek of het glazen oppervlak om te vegen. C. Nadat de reinigingsdoek uitgewrongen is installeert u hem in de reinigingsring van de machine.
2. Zelftest Bij Het Opstarten
De robot test zichzelf aan het begin van werking. Als hij niet soepel kan draaien en er een waarschuwingsgeluid klinkt, betekent dit dat de wrijving te hoog of te laag is:
A. De reinigingsdoek is mogelijk te vuil.
B. De wrijvingsefficiëntie van glasstickers en condensstickers is relatief laag, waardoor ze
mogelijk ongeschikt zijn voor gebruik. C. Als het glas erg schoon is kan het te glad worden. D. In omgevingen met een lage luchtvochtigheid (zoals ruimten met airconditioning) kan het glas na meerdere keren vegen te glad worden.
3. Wanneer u op de knop voor automatisch reinigen

Als de robot de linkerbovenhoek van het glas niet kan vegen, gebruik dan de afstandsbediening om de gemiste stukken te reinigen. 6. Onvolledige Reiniging Door Wrijvingsproblemen
Als de machine stopt met reinigen voordat de ramen helemaal schoon zijn:
A. De wrijving is mogelijk te laag (de wrijvingscoëfficiënt van stickers, thermische isolatiestickers
of condensstickers is relatief laag).
B. De reinigingsdoek kan te nat zijn. Als het glas erg schoon is wordt het te glad.
C. In omgevingen met een lage luchtvochtigheid (zoals ruimten met airconditioning) kan het glas
na meerdere keren vegen te glad worden.
D. Plaats de machine bij het starten (druk op

raamkozijn om onjuiste metingen te voorkomen.
7. Ronde Wielafdrukken op Glas
Als er ronde wielafdrukken op het glas achterblijven na reiniging, dan is de reinigingsdoek te vies. Vervang deze met een schone doek en voer Droog Vegen nogmaals uit.

8. Robot Werkt Niet Goed: Mogelijke Oorzaken
A. De reinigingsdoek is te vies. Vervang de doek. B. Het glazen oppervlak heeft verschillende gebieden (zoals helder glas, stickers, thermische isolatiestickers of condensstickers). Het is aan te raden de robot op een vlakke ondergrond te gebruiken. C. Als de schroef van het reinigingswiel loszit, draai deze dan vast (draai niet te vast, dit kan de
ï lijmlaag aan de onderkant van het kozijn of de prestaties op afgeschuinde kozijnen be nvloeden).
9. Waarschuwingssignalen en knipperend rood lampje (stroomuitval)
A. Trek het veiligheidskoord voorzichtig terug naar de robot. Houd het koord daarbij zo dicht mogelijk bij het glas om te voorkomen dat de robot valt. B. Schakel de robot uit. C. Controleer de bedrading op slecht contact of breuken.
10. Robot Stopt bij Onbekende Obstakels Als de robot stopt bij onbekende obstakels, dan knippert het lampje rood zonder waarschuwingsgeluid:
A. Gebruik de afstandsbediening om de robot terug te laten keren naar een veilige positie, of trek voorzichtig aal het veiligheidskoord. Zorg er dan wel voor dat het koord dichtbij het glas blijft om vallen te voorkomen. B. Verwijder alle obstakels van het raam. C. Controleer op mogelijke oorzaken van luchtlekkage.
11. Arc Marks on Polished Glass at Night
Als er ‘s nachts bij verlichting zuigafdrukken op het glas verschijnen: Schakel voor de eerste veeg de watersproeifunctie uit en gebruik een schone doek om zand te verwijderen. Vervang de doek met een reinigingsdoek voor de tweede veeg. Zet de watersproeifunctie aan en controleer of het bovenste reinigingswiel droog en schoon blijft. Voeg eventueel een kleine hoeveelheid schoonmaakmiddel of alcohol (1 of 2 sprays) op het onderste reinigingswiel toe (niet verzadigen) om vonken te erwijderen. Houd er rekening mee dat een natte
ï reinigingsdoek de werking van de robot kan be nvloeden.
12. Robot Stopt Niet Automatisch
Als de robot alle ramen gereinigd heeft en niet automatisch stopt, druk dan de stoppen.
13. Robot Sproeit Geen Water

1. 1 Precautions
Do not allow children to operate this product. This device should only be used by individuals who fully understand its functions and safety procedures. Users with physical, sensory, or cognitive impairments must be supervised by a responsible and knowledgeable individual. This product is not a toy and should not be used by children. The robot is designed to clean vertical windows and glass. Cleaning otherangled surfaces is

damaged silicone rubber edge, please payspecial attention to prevent the machine from leaking and falling off during thecleaning process. Users must pay close attention to ensure that the product isused safely and securely.
1. 2 Safety matters
Use only the original adapter. Using a non-original adapter may cause product failure or damage.
Ensure that the adapter has adequate space for ventilation and heat dissipation during use. Do not wrap the power adapter with other objects.
Do not use the adapter in a humid environment or touch it with wet hands. This may result in electric shock or malfunction.
Charge the window cleaner only with a voltage that matches the power adapter’s specifications.
Do not use a damaged power adapter, charging cable, or power plug. Before cleaning or maintaining the machine, always unplug the power adapter. Do not disconnect the power by unscrewing an extension cord, as this may cause an electric shock.
Do not disassemble the power adapter. If the adapter is faulty, replace it entirely. For assistance or repairs, contact local customer service or an authorized distributor.
If the battery is not handled correctly, there is a risk of combustion or chemical injury. Do not disassemble the battery to avoid short circuits. Do not expose the product to fire or

Dispose of used batteries properly by taking them to a local battery recycling center. Follow national laws and regulations for battery disposal and recycling.

Avoid direct sunlight exposure and keep the product away from heat sources such as radiators, heaters, microwave ovens, and gas stoves. Keep the product away from strong magnets, as they may interfere with its operation. Store this product out of reach of children. Operate the product within a temperature range of 5°C – 30°C (41°F – 86°F). Do not clean damaged glass or uneven surfaces, as insufficient vacuum suction may cause the robot to detach and fall, resulting in damage. The built-in battery can only be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized service center. Before removing or handling the battery, always disconnect the power. Operate this product strictly according to the instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by improper use.

Before use, please ensure that the safety rope is not broken and that one end is
firmly connected to the machine, while the other end is firmly connected to
another object. The other end should be securely attached to other objects in the
room to prevent the window cleaner from falling and injuring people or objects.
2 If the window glass glue is falling off in the middle section or chipped at the corners due to aging, please be careful when using the machine and ensure it works properly during the working period. Please use caution and ensure that a user supervises the machine during the operational period to prevent the device from falling and injuring people or objects.
1.3 Risk of Electric Shock
Disconnect Before Maintenance: Always disconnect the power and turn off the machine before cleaning or performing maintenance. Proper Unplugging: Unplug the power cord properly instead of dragging it along an extension cord. Inspect for Damage: If the machine or power supply is damaged, stop using it immediately. Contact your local after-sales center or dealer for repairs. Avoid Water Exposure: Do not use water to clean the machine or the power adapter. Safe Operating Environment: Do not use this product near open flames, in bathrooms with running water, or near swimming pools. Handle the Cord with Care: Avoid twisting, damaging, or overloading the power cord. Do not place heavy objects on the cord or adapter.

1.4 Warnings
1. Before starting, attach the safety rope securely to a stable indoor unit. 2. Before powering on, inspect the safety rope for any damage and ensure the knot is tight. 3. Confirm there is no damage and that the knot is secure before using the product. 4. When cleaning a window or door without a blocking table, set up a clear safety warning area. 5. Fully charge the built-in backup battery until the green light appears. 6. Do not operate the machine in rainy or wet weather. 7. Turn on the machine first, then carefully place it on the window glass. 8. Make sure the machine is firmly attached to the window before letting go. 9. Do not use the robot if the gap between glass panels is less than 2 cm, as it may not detect the
gap and could lose suction and fall. 10. When turning off the device, hold onto the machine to prevent it from dropping. 11. Ensure the cleaning cloth is properly attached to the bottom of the machine to avoid air leaks
during operation. 12. Do not spray water directly on the machine or its underside. 13. Only spray water on the cleaning cloth – not on the machine’s body or bottom. 14. Keep the machine out of reach of children. 15. Do not use the machine to clean broken glass. 16. Use caution when cleaning frosted glass, as it may be scratched. 17. For surfaces like laminated, coated, organic, or other non-standard or softer materials, it is the
customer’s responsibility to assess each surface individually and determine if it is safe to use the device. Testing on a small area first is recommended.

2.4 The remote control
Do not charge the remote control battery, do not disassemble it, and do not expose it to fire as this may cause detonation. Please use only AAA/RL batteries of the specified type. Mixing different battery types can damage the circuit. When installing or removing the battery, press down the remote control cover, open the battery compartment, and then insert the battery. Ensure that you align the

3. Step-by-Step Operating Instructions
1 Install the Cleaning Cloth and Cleaning Ring
According to the diagram, ensure that the cleaning cloth is properly attached to the cleaning ring. Then, make sure the cleaning ring is securely placed on the cleaning wheel. Proper installation is essential to prevent air leakage and ensure optimal device performance.
2 Inject Cleaning Liquid
1. Turn the machine over, open the silicone cover, and fill the water tank with water or your preferred window cleaning detergent. 2. Do not fill the water tank completely – 90% full is sufficient to maintain stable air pressure.
IMPORTANT NOTE
It is forbidden to add any liquids not specifically made for window cleaning, such as vinegar, soda, or any other home made substances, as they may harm the robot.
3 Attach a Safety Rope
1. Check that the safety rope is not broken and the connection with the robot is firm. 2. Fix the other end of the safety rope to another object in the room to ensure it does not come loose or fall off.

Connect the Main Unit Power Cord, Adapter, and Plug
1. Insert the DC connector into the power interface of the machine, and tighten the nut. 2. Connect the AC plug to the adapter. 3. Connect the power supply.

! Fully Charge Before Use
First, connect the power cord. The orange light indicates that the machine is charging. When the green light comes on, the battery is fully charged. This process usually takes 3-4 hours.

Start the robot
1. Turn on the power switch and confirm that the fan is rotating. 2. Place the machine on the glass, keeping 15-30 cm distance from the window frame. 3. Ensure that the robot attaches securely to the glass, then release it. 4. Press the start button or any cleaning mode button, and the robot will begin running.

Cleaning Completed
1. Hold the robot with one hand and press the power button for 2 seconds with the other hand to turn off the power.
2. Remove the robot from the window. 3. Untie the safety rope and store the machine and its accessories in a dry, ventilated area for
future use.

4. Cleaning Modes & Features
4.1 Intelligent path planning modes

4.2 Dry Wipe
1. For the first wipe, perform a dry wipe without spraying water to remove sand from the glass surface.
2. If water or detergent is sprayed on the cleaning cloth or glass beforehand, it will mix with the sand and turn into yellow mud, resulting in poor wiping performance.
3. Dry wiping is most effective in sunny or low-humidity conditions.

4.3 Wet Wipe
The window cleaning robot is equipped with two water outlets. When cleaning the left side, the left outlet sprays water; when cleaning the right side, the right outlet sprays water.
1. Automatic Water Spray
A. When the robot starts cleaning, the automatic water spray mode is enabled by default, providing intermittent water spraying.
B. Press the
button on the remote control, and the robot will beep once to
indicate that the automatic water spray mode is turned off.
C. Press the
button on the remote control, and the robot will beep twice to
indicate that the automatic water spray mode is activated.

5. Operating and Safety Instructions
In case of a power failure, the robot will switch to the built-in backup battery, which can last for 20 minutes when fully charged. During a power outage, the machine will remain stationary; the red light will flash, and a warning sound will be emitted. Approach the robot promptly to prevent it from falling off the glass due to the power loss. Use the safety rope to gently pull the device back; when doing so, keep the rope as close to the glass as possible to prevent a fall.

6. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Guide
1. When the cleaning cloth is used for the first time (Especially in a dirty environment on outer window glass, the robot may run slowly or even fail.)
A. When unpacking the robot, clean it with a clean cleaning cloth. B. Spray a small amount of water or glass cleaner evenly on the cleaning cloth or the surface of the glass to be wiped. C. After the cleaning cloth is dampened and wrung out, install it into the cleaning ring of the machine.
2. Self-Test at Start-Up
The robot will test itself at the beginning of operation. If it cannot run smoothly and a warning sound is heard, it indicates that the friction is either too high or too low:
A. The cleaning cloth may be too dirty. B. The friction efficiency of glass stickers and fog stickers is relatively low, making them unsuitable for use. C. When the glass is very clean, it may become too slippery. D. In low-humidity environments (e.g., air-conditioned rooms), the glass can become too slippery after multiple wipes.
3. When pressing the up automatic cleaning button
, the machine may fail to detect the
upper edge of the window due to the sliding of the upper edge.

4. The robot can not wipe the upper left side of the glass:
If the robot can not wipe the upper left side of the glass, use the remote control’s manual window cleaning mode to clean the missed area. (Sometimes, due to slipperiness of the glass or cleaning cloth, the wiped area may be wider, causing the top line to slide slightly and leaving the upper left position uncleaned.)
5. The machine can’t clean the windows completely, but finish the cleaning work ahead of time:

6. Incomplete Cleaning Due to Friction Issues
If the machine stops cleaning before the windows are completely clean:
A. The friction may be too low (the friction coefficient of stickers, thermal insulation stickers, or
fog stickers is relatively low).
B. The cleaning cloth may be too wet; when the glass is very clean, it may become too slippery.
C. In low-humidity environments (e.g., air-conditioned rooms), the glass can become too
slippery after multiple wipes.
D. When starting the machine (press
or

), please position the machine at a
distance from the window frame to avoid incorrect readings.
7. Round Wheel Marks on Glass
If round wheel marks remain on the glass surface after cleaning, it indicates that the cleaning cloth is too dirty. Replace it with a clean cloth and perform a dry wipe again.

8. Robot Not Running Smoothly Possible Causes
A. The cleaning cloth is too dirty. Replace it. B. The glass surface may have varying areas (e.g., clear glass, sticker areas, thermal insulation sticker areas, or fog sticker areas). It is recommended to use the robot on a uniform surface. C. If the screw of the cleaning wheel is loose, tighten it. (Do not overtighten, as this may affect the adhesive thickness at the bottom of the window frame or the performance on beveled window frames.)
9. Dealing with Warning Sound and Red Light Flashing (Power Failure)
A. Gently pull the safety rope back to the robot; while doing so, keep the rope as close to the glass as possible to avoid falling. B. Turn off the robot’s power switch. C. Check the wiring for poor contact or breaks.
10. Robot Stops at Unknown Obstacles If the robot stops when encountering unknown obstacles, the red light flashes without a warning
sound: A. Use the remote control to return the robot to a safe position, or gently pull the safety rope back to the robot, ensuring the rope stays close to the glass to avoid a fall. B. Remove any obstacles from the window. C. Check for any causes of air leakage.
11. Arc Marks on Polished Glass at Night
If arc marks appear on the glass when illuminated at night: For the first wipe, turn off the water spraying function and use a clean cloth to remove sand. For the second wipe, replace the cloth with a clean one, turn on the water spraying function, or ensure the upper cleaning wheel remains clean and dry. Additionally, lightly spray a small amount of detergent or alcohol (1 or 2 sprays) on the lower cleaning wheel do not saturate it to help eliminate arc marks. Note that a wet cleaning cloth can affect the robot’s operation.
12. Robot Does Not Stop Automatically
If the robot has cleaned all the windows but does not stop automatically please press
the
button to stop the operation.
13. Robot Fails to Spray Water
A. Confirm that the water spray function switch is turned on. B. Clean the ultrasonic nozzle with a clean, soft cloth. C. Check the water tank to ensure it contains water and that the cleaning solution is clean and pure.
