If you want pair with another device, please disconnecting Bluetooth on your last paired device if it is nearby. Take out both earphones from the charging case and power them off. When the earphones are turned off, press and hold R side earphone 5sec to reactive it connecting to another device, then power on the L side as well.

  1. How do I get these replaced they won’t charge or disconnect I am not happy at all and Walmart won’t do exchanges any info would be great thanks

  2. Using the Onn W/L on my ASUS workbook they seem to pause or cutout. It’s like they are buffering the sound. What causes this & should they do it?

    1. only one of mine works. is the one that works the left one? thats all that works for me.

    2. only one of my earbuds works. which one of yours works? My left one works but after about 2 or 3 months of using the earbuds, the right one stopped working.

  3. Both earphones worked well enough at first and then one of them ran out of batteries. It no longer recharges and hasn’t worked since. The other headphone still works and recharges as it should.

  8. So I was having same problem as some of others above. My left earbud won’t charge. So after three different customer service departments I found who you need to talk to about filing a manufacturer’s claim with if your purchase was made within one year from your purchase date. The manufacturer’s warranty is handled by Walmart since they’re a Walmart brand and you will call the following number to make your claim:
    1-800-925-6278. Select option #3 and then option #1 (one) and when customer service agent gets on the line just let them know you’re needing to file a manufacturer’s warranty claim on one of their products and all you will need is the store number you purchased them at or location address to look it up, name and model # of product and if you have your receipt they will want the UPC code for the product. That agent will then take all of your information and info to make claim for you.. hope this helps and saves y’all all the phone calls and repeatedly explaining your issue over and over again….

  9. After reading all the charging issues posted here, make sure the contacts in the case are free to move/ they are spring loaded and should extruded just beyond the base so when earbuds are inside the case, they make complete contact
    I had the same issue of not charging, turns out 1 of the contacts was stuck down below the surface and would not charge that side

  15. I’ve had these for almost a year, they were working well, until now only one headphone working. I’ve tried unpairing them and pairing again still one headphone working at fully charged. Time for me to get some real ones with lasting power.

  16. I am still looking for a way to turn off the touch sensitivity. It randomly turns on voice control, pauses the movie I am watching… Today I had my one headphone in my pocket the other one on… and all of a sudden my phone switched from Amazon Prime video to FaceTime to my Uncle… seriously?

  17. My headphones will let me hear n play music and I can hear people when I am on video chat but they can’t hear me
