Troubleshooting
I cannot turn the headphone on
Make sure that you fully charge the headphone before turning it on.

My mobile phone is not able to find the Bluetooth headphone
Check that the headphone is in pairing mode (Blue/Red indicator light flashes quickly). Delete the existing Bluetooth headphone name in phone, and search again. If still no search result, please restart the headphone and phone, and try again.

After successfully pairing my mobile phone and Bluetooth headphone, It got disconnected
Check if the battery level is too low. Check whether the headphone is within 10 meters (30 feet) of your phone. The connection may be affected by obstructions such as walls or other electronic devices. Try moving closer to the device you are connected to.

When I am answering a call, I cannot hear anything
Check whether the phone is connected with Bluetooth headphone, instead of speaker or phone when answering a call. Try adjusting the volume on your mobile phone. Press the Vol+ or Vol- Buttons to adjust the volume.

When I am listening to the music, I cannot hear anything
Press the Vol+ Button to adjust the volume. Reconnect the headphone with your mobile phone. Check if the media is playing on the phone.

I cannot charge the headphone
Check whether the charging pin and the other end are connected well. Check whether the charging cable is functional.

  1. Do the onn wireless earbuds only connect when they are fully charged because I tried with multiple iphones and the name of the earbuds doesn’t pop up when trying to connect to the bluetooth.

    1. Were you able to connect the wireless earbuds?
      I have ones but i cant connect them to anything, i tried with an iphone and with a samsung, i recharged the earbuds, restart the phone, but nothing seems to be working…

  2. when trying to connect to my Motorola nexus 6 phone. I can get the phone to see the headphones as onn headphones / bk3260dm-beken, when it tries to pair , I am asked for a pin….0000 & 1234 will not connect how can I get them to connect…….previously I used them with a Samsung Galaxy S# and they paired up just fine.

  3. Are these able to pair to a laptop? Because I’ve been trying to compare them to my Lenovo and they will not appear on the connectable devices list

      1. I’m having the same problem… I just switched phones. The old one is turned off and miles away. BOTH pair of my ONN wireless are charged and ready to connect and NEITHER are showing up on the new phone’s bluetooth scan. I’ve taken the trouble-shooting steps and still nothing.

      1. I had this problem too with my lenovo, when scanning for a new bluetooth device on the lenovo hold the pair button for 10 seconds

  4. I am trying to connect to my Android phone but it asks for a pin number. I have used 0000, 1234, and a few other options but they don’t work. What is the pin number for your device?

  5. They were working fine up until recently. Though the voice says, “Blue tooth connected” and my laptop shows it’s connected, no sound comes out. With my phone, it says, “There was a problem connecting to ONN Earphones” and the voice doesn’t say they are connected.

    Not sure what’s going on… I’ve charged them, disconnected them, reconnected them, deleted them as a discoverable device then added them again. Nothing works. I don’t know how else to reset the headphones.

    1. Hold down the power button for only 4 seconds you should see red and blue light flash fast it should connect immediately

  8. For some reason, the headphones only work when connected via bluetooth to my chromebook. When I try to connect it to my samsung phone, the earbuds don’t show up in bluetooth

  9. My ONN earbuds only connect to my iPhone and not my lenovo laptop, they won’t even show up on there!

    1. I’m having this trouble too! It connected to my Galaxy phone so smoothly. But it won’t show up on my HP laptop! And I’ve paired bluetooth headphones to my laptop & phone at the same time in the past. I cannot find any drivers I may or may not be missing. I don’t get it : (

  10. I had such a hard time getting the wireless earbuds and headphones to connect thru bluetooth. I finally did but I had to disconnect from my phone and restart my laptop and both of them and then your waiting like 5/10 minutes for them to even show up. I have no clue if this even has anything to do with it or where the sensors are on these or the laptop but while I was holding them trying to pair them they wouldn’t even show up, when I went to put them done after giving up is when they finally showed up for me to pair with them. Then again it could be that they drove me absolutely crazy trying to get them to pair

  12. To everyone having problems connecting their ONN headphones (I have the ONN19AAH version):
    1. If you see the ONN headphones in the devices bluetooth list but can not connect, delete the ONN item.
    2. Turn the headphones completely off.
    3. Turn the device bluetooth off, then back on again (device bluetooth must be in “discoverable” mode before turning the headphones on).
    4. On the headphones, depress the power button until you hear “Power On”, and CONTINUE DEPRESSING the Power button until you hear “Bluetooth Pairing”.
    I fiddled with this for a day before finding my original instructions.

    Another Note:
    1. For my iPhone (6S): after pairing once, the iPhone is able to connect to the headphones the next time I power on the headphones (without the need to enter pairing mode again).
    However…
    2. For my MacBook Air (2015): I have to hold the headphone power button until I hear “Bluetooth Pairing” to get the MacBook to re-connect every time I want to use them with my Mac.

  13. It connects well to both mobile phones and PC, the problem arises on the PC, the audio cuts out for a second every 10, and then it comes back, it is something that only happens when connecting it to the PC

  15. My onn TWS Sport wireless earbuds charges & connected fine, however for a couple weeks it only works for media/music, GPS but not for phone calls. Says connected & shows on my phone.. Why is this happening?

  16. Ok so iv had the same problem as most with the pin, it’s not working and I found it only happens when I hold down the volume keys and the light stays blue. That I don’t think is pairing more but is the only way my NEW phone can now see it. When this takes place it’s because the headphones are connected paired to another device. Youll have to connect the headphones to the other phone and forget the device on that before it will pop up for a new device to see it and have it secured Im guessing to the device your using currently. …… I lost my old phone somewhere idk where and now my headphones won’t connect trying the option with the volume buttons won’t work unless I disconnect from the old phone and the codes don’t work like everyone else iv tried 0000, 1234 and a few others so I definitely don’t recommend that option unless maybe connecting them to a computer to fix the issue.

  17. Why are my headphones saying “bad relo” (it sounds like re-low) twice and then turning off?

    1. its saying battery low, put them back in the case for a bit then reconnect them to the device, if possible (depending on what type of device your using) you can check the battery percentage when you connect them

  18. My headsets have been connected and used on both my phone and computer but now one of them isnt working or lighting up at all. It was working just hours ago but when I switched them to let it charge it wont work anymore. What can I do about this?

  19. I purchased the groove wireless headphones but I can’t get them to power on. I tried charging them and still nothing. I’ve purchased several of this same headphones but this is the first time I’ve had any issues.

  20. I recently purchased a pair of ONN wireless Earphones Model AAAAQU100002895 In the beginning , They paired nicely with my Lenovo Ideapad 3. The next day , My Lenovo Ideapad 3 would not even find them. I have trouble shot them and tried every trick in the book. What bugs me is the drivers that were there the first day , vanished. I went online and downloaded and installed new drivers . Still not found. I charged them . No go. This is really frustrating. I purchased them to solve a specific problem , and the fact they refused the next day to function , caused me problems that equated to a loss of income. They have cost me. That’s when I get angry. I have had finicky Bluetooth earbuds before , but these are by far the most finicky I have owned. Fool me once , shame on you . Fool me twice , shame on me. I will not purchase another product from this company , EVER. I said the same thing about Sears 40 years ago. I never purchased a product from them again. When I say something. I mean it.

    STEP 2- PRESS THE VOLUME UP (+) BUTTON AND THE VOLUME DOWN (-) BUTTON AT ONE TIME TO GO INTO PAIRING MODE (ALLOWS DEVICE TO BE DISCOVERABLE)
    STEP 3- POWER OFF
    ***STEP 4- PRESS THE CONNECT TO ONN HEADSET BUTTON ON YOUR DEVICE,
    QUICKLY ***HOLD*** THE VOLUME UP (+) BUTTON AND THE POWER (MIDDLE) BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME. HEADSET SAYS POWER ON, KEEP HOLDING, HEAD SET SAYS CONNECTED.
    !!DONT FORGET TO PUSH THE CONNECT TO HEADSET BUTTON ON YOUR DEVICE!!
    THIS SHOULD INSTANTLY CONNECT TO ANY DEVICE!
    I HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE!!!

I could not connect to my new phone until I put them in my ear turned on the bluetooth on my phone then held the power button for 10 seconds then I heard it say “power on, bluetooth now pairing” then the prompt came on my phone to connect to onn headset. Good luck hope this helps, I was about to trash them!!

  26. My headphones were working until I went to school and tried turning it on but the light didn’t come on. And when I went to go plug them in because I thought they were dead, but when I plugged them in the blue light showed saying that it’s charged.
