Safety Instructions

WARNING: Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in serious injury.

• Check tire pressure before use. Inflate if necessary.
• Check for loose screws and tighten them.
• Do not overload. The maximum load is 420 lbs.

CAUTION: Please read the instructions for safe operation carefully.

Assembly Precautions

• Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
• Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
• Keep the assembly area clean and well lit.
• Keep bystanders out of the assembly area.
• Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
• Weight capacity and product capabilities apply to a properly and completely assembled product only.
• Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a fully loaded boat trailer dolly.

Use Precautions

TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND DEATH FROM TIPPING:

• Do not sit, stand, or climb on this item.
• This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
• Do not lift while loaded.
• To prevent tipping, push/pull using the supplied handle only.
• Use as intended only.
• Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
• After use, please dry before storage to avoid rusting of bolts affecting use.

• Z2 x6 (Φ10 washers)

Assembly

Tools needed: Socket Wrench ?

1. Step 1: Connect G with X2, Y2, and Z2. Install onto A. Ensure the 'outside' parts are correctly oriented.
2. Step 2: Connect B (wheels) with X3 and install onto A.
3. Step 3: Connect C with X2, Y2, and Z2. Install onto A.
4. Step 4: Connect C with X2, Y2, and Z2. Install onto D.
5. Step 5: Connect F with X1, Y3, and Z1. Install onto D.
6. Step 6: Connect E to D using L.
7. Step 7: Re-confirm all parts are securely locked. Inflate tires to a pressure of 27KPa. The dolly is now ready for use.

NOTE: Do not exceed the prescribed tire pressure to avoid bursting. ⚠️

Maintenance

• Do not overload.
• After use, please dry the dolly before storage to prevent rusting of bolts.
• Check bolts regularly for looseness.
