Getting Started
1. Charging the Earphones: Place the earphones in the charging case. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided cable. The indicator light on the case will show the charging status.
2. Pairing with Your Device: Open the charging case with the earphones inside. Press and hold the button on the back of the case until the indicator light flashes blue. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "HTC NE20" to pair.
3. Wearing the Earphones: Insert the earphones into your ears, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. The earphones are designed to fit snugly in the ear canal.
Controls and Features
Music Playback:
- Play/Pause: Tap the touch control area on either earphone once.
- Next Track: Double-tap the touch control area on the right earphone.
- Previous Track: Double-tap the touch control area on the left earphone.
Call Management:
- Answer/End Call: Tap the touch control area once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control area for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the touch control area on either earphone to activate your device's voice assistant.

Troubleshooting
