Thank you for purchasing the Nedis CSWI6002BK.
This document is the user manual and contains all the information for correct, efficient and safe use of the product.
This user manual is addressed to the end user. Read this information carefully before installing or using the product.

Product description
The Nedis CSWI6002BK is a 2-port USB switch that allows the use of 1 USB connected device on 2 different devices.
The 2-port USB switch is auto powered, no power supply is needed.
The 2-port USB switch is compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0.
Intended use
The product is exclusively intended for sharing a single USB-connected device, such as a mobile hard disk or a scanner, between 2 different devices.
The user can switch between devices by pressing the touch switch 2.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Installation
- Check the contents of the package
- Check the product for any visible damage. If the product is missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.
USB cables are not included and have to be purchased separately.
Connect the 2-port USB switch to the input sources

1. Plug the B-connector of a USB A-B cable into the PC 1 port 1 on the USB switch.
2. Plug the other side of the USB cable into the source.
- Repeat these steps for every source you want to connect.
Connect the 2-port USB switch to the output

1.Plug the A-connector of the USB cable of the device you want to share into the USB port 3 on the USB switch.
2. Plug the other side of the USB cable into the device you want to share.
- If the device you want to share has a male USB A-connector, you can directly plug it into the USB port 3 on the USB switch.
Use
- Switch on the connected source and devices.
- Switching between the input sources
- Switch between the input sources by pushing on the Touch switch 4 on the USB switch.
Maintenance
- Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
- Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.
Warranty
Any changes and/or modifications to the product will void the warranty. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.
