Service Intervals For D1 NDL LDP
Daily Checks
- Check the unit for any signs of external damage.
- If the red service indicator is active, the unit must be serviced to ensure continued operation.
- Remove any loose dust or dirt from the unit, clean all surfaces that appear to have attracted unwanted contaminants.
- Ensure the unit is operating within the specification
- Always check all connections for any leaks.
- Ensure all loose parts are removed or secured to the unit before operation.
Service Intervals
Service A – Every 1 year (12 months)
- Replace external coalescing pre-filters elements
- (optional if fitted) Replace any external particulate or activated carbon filter element
- Replace any external filter internal float drain Replace any external filters internal float drains or clean external time drains strainers
- Replace external exhaust silencer/muffler element
- Applicable to all models
Service B – Every 2 year (24 months)
- Replace desiccant cartridges
- Replace top manifold gasket seals
- Replace internal inlet and outlet ball valve & seals
- Applicable to all models
Service C – Every 4 year (48 months)
- Replace exhaust valves
- Applicable to all models
Service E – Every 1 year (12 months)
- Replace dew point sensor
- Applicable to ES models only

Replace external coalescing pre-filters element
External coalescing pre-filters may vary from one installation to another. Consult filter housings name plate for model of filter housings and of replacement filter elements. For more information on filters, consult the NF or GFN filter parts guide.
Replace any external particulate or activated carbon filter element (Optional if fitted)

Replace any external filter internal float drains if equipped
