1. Device and Tool Preparation

Before upgrading the firmware, ensure you have the following
devices and tools:

• PC or Laptop
• Power adapter and power cord or Ethernet cable

2. Connections

Connecting via switch or router:

• Ethernet Cable
• Switch or Router

3. Firmware Update Instructions

To update the firmware:

1. If you have firmware version VYW100, follow these steps:
   • Update to MED003 first, then update to VYW107 or later
     versions.
2. If you have firmware version VYW101 or later, you can directly
   update to VYW107 or later versions.

4. Firmware Download

1. Open a browser and enter the IP address of the camera in the
   address bar (check IP address from [Status] > [Ethernet] in the
   menu).
2. Log in with the following credentials: Account – admin,
   Password – 9999 (Default).
3. Select [Maintenance], choose the firmware file, and press
   [Upgrade].
4. The firmware download will start (approximately 2-3 minutes).
   Do not close the page.
5. After the download, log in again and check the firmware version
   from [About] > [Firmware Version].

FAQ

Q: How do I know if my firmware version is compatible for
direct update?

A: If you have firmware version VYW100, you need to update to
MED003 first before updating to VYW107 or later versions. If you
have VYW101 or later, you can directly update to VYW107 or later
versions.
