Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the surfaces of the keyboard and mouse. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Charging: Recharge the devices when the battery indicator is low. Use only the provided Type-C cable or a certified equivalent. Avoid overcharging for extended periods.
  • Storage: When not in use for a long time, store the keyboard and mouse in a cool, dry place. Ensure they are turned off to conserve battery life.
  • USB Receiver: Store the USB receiver in its designated slot on the bottom of the mouse to prevent loss when traveling or not in use.

Troubleshooting

  • No Connection/Lag:
    • Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port.
    • Make sure both the keyboard and mouse are powered on.
    • Check battery levels and recharge if necessary.
    • Move the devices closer to the USB receiver (within 33ft range).
    • Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port.
  • Backlight Not Working:
    • Ensure the backlight function is turned on using the dedicated key.
    • Check battery levels; low battery might disable backlighting.
  • Mouse Cursor Jumps/Inaccurate:
    • Clean the mouse sensor on the bottom.
    • Use the mouse on a clean, non-reflective surface or a mouse pad.
    • Adjust the DPI (tracking speed) settings.
  • Charging Issues:
    • Ensure the Type-C cable is properly connected to both the device and the power source.
