4. Setup

The HAMMER FlyRun 4.0 treadmill arrives 95% pre-assembled, simplifying the setup process.

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials.
2. Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 2 meters of clear space behind the treadmill and 0.5 meters on each side.

6. Maintenance
