Macerator Pump Installation

The macerator pump is the core of the system. Ensure all connections are secure and watertight.

1. Ipprepara l-Pompa: Ensure the macerator pump is placed on a stable, level surface. Identify all inlet and outlet ports.

2. Connect Inlet Pipes: Connect the toilet's rear outlet to the pump's main inlet. For additional fixtures (sink, tub), connect their drain pipes to the available 40mm side inlets. Ensure a 3% slope for horizontal pipes to facilitate drainage.

3. Install Discharge Pipe: Connect the pump's discharge outlet to the main sewage line. The system can pump sewage up to 32.8 feet vertically and 263 feet horizontally.
4. Ventilation Connection: The pump includes an optional activated carbon vent. Connect this to your home's ventilation system to reduce odors.

5. Secure Toilet to Floor: Once all plumbing connections are made, secure the toilet bowl to the floor using appropriate fasteners.

• Noisy Macerating Pump:
  • Check for foreign objects: The pump has a non-blocking blade, but large or hard objects can cause noise. Disconnect power and inspect the impeller area.
  • Alarm activation: If the impeller is blocked, an alarm on the PCB will sound after 3 minutes, indicating required maintenance to prevent motor damage.
