The VEVOR MIG130 is a compact and portable 130A MIG welding machine designed for gasless flux core welding. It is suitable for welding various materials including mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, sheet metal, and square pipes, with a welding thickness capability of up to 8 mm.

4. Persediaan
4.1 Membongkar dan Pemeriksaan

- Open the side panel of the welding machine to access the wire spool compartment.
- Place the flux core wire spool onto the spool holder. Ensure the wire unwinds from the bottom of the spool towards the wire feeder.
- Secure the spool with the retaining nut.
- Feed the wire through the wire guide tube and into the wire feeder mechanism. Ensure the wire is seated correctly in the drive roller groove.

4.3 Connecting Welding Torch and Ground Clamp

5.2 Melaraskan Parameter Kimpalan
- Gunakan Tombol Pelarasan Semasa to set the desired welding amppemadam.
- Gunakan Voltage Tombol Pelarasan to fine-tune the arc characteristics.
- Start with recommended settings for your wire diameter and material thickness, then adjust as needed for optimal weld quality.
5.3 Proses Kimpalan
- Ensure your workpiece is clean and free of rust, paint, or oil.
- Position the MIG torch nozzle approximately 10-15 mm from the workpiece.
- Press the torch trigger to initiate the arc and wire feed.
- Maintain a consistent travel speed and torch angle (typically 10-15 degrees push angle for flux core) to create a uniform weld bead.
