- Connect Brake Linkage: Connect the rear brake master cylinder to the new brake pedal. Ensure the brake light switch (H in Figure 2) is properly installed and functioning. Adjust the brake pedal position and free play according to your preference and motorcycle specifications.
- Connect Shift Linkage: Attach the shift linkage (E in Figure 1) to the shift lever and the transmission. Ensure the linkage passes over the frame of the bike as designed. Adjust the shift lever position and throw for smooth gear changes.
