This manual provides instructions for the STREETZ TWS-117 True Wireless Stereo Earphones.

Components

The STREETZ TWS-117 package includes the following components:

• 1. Status LED: Located on the charging case, indicates the charging status.
• 2. Charge port: The USB port on the charging case for power input.
• 3. Touch buttons: Integrated controls on the earphones for managing playback and calls.
• 4. Status LEDs (on the earphones): Indicate the operational status of each earphone.

Ear Caps

Three sizes of ear caps (small, medium, and large) are included. It is recommended to try them out to find the best fit for optimal comfort and sound isolation.

Connection

Upon opening the charging case, the earphones automatically pair with each other. They will initially flash red, then change to a blue flashing light to signify successful pairing. If they flash red and blue alternately, the pairing process has failed. To resolve this, double-click the right earphone to initiate re-pairing.

To connect to your phone or device, navigate to your Bluetooth settings and select the earphones from the list of available devices. The earphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired phone or Bluetooth device.

Reset

If the earphones fail to connect to each other, cannot play music, or if general troubleshooting is required, a reset can be performed. It is also advisable to remove the earphones from your device's Bluetooth memory.

To reset: Place both earphones into the charging case and close the lid. Wait a moment, then open the charging case. The earphones will flash red, then change to blue flashing light, indicating successful pairing. To reconnect to your phone/device, open your Bluetooth settings and select the earphones from the list.

Functions

• Play/pause: Single click on either the left or right earphone.
• Reject phone call: Press and hold for approximately 2 seconds on either the left or right earphone.
• Answer/hang up: Double-click either the left or right earphone.
• Previous song: Double-click the left earphone.
• Next song: Double-click the right earphone.
• Voice assistant: Press and hold for approximately 2 seconds on either the left or right earphone.
• Volume up/down: Triple-click; the left earphone increases volume, and the right earphone decreases it.

Charge

Place the earphones in the charging case and close the lid to charge them. The LED indicator on the charging case will turn green to confirm charging. Connect the charging case to a power source using a USB cable. The LED will flash white to indicate that it is charging. Once the charging case is fully charged, the LED will display a solid white light.

Troubleshooting

1. Poor sound quality: Try using a different size of ear cap for a better seal.
2. Bluetooth signal issues: In areas with strong electromagnetic interference, such as subways or airports, the Bluetooth signal may be intermittently disrupted, leading to delays in music playback. This is often caused by interference from numerous 2.4 GHz devices operating in the same vicinity.
3. Audio-video synchronization problems: Some devices, like televisions, may use older Bluetooth versions, which can result in a lack of synchronization between audio and video.
4. Connection or sound problems: If the left and right earphones are not pairing, cannot connect to the Bluetooth device, or if one earphone is silent, try performing a reset of the earphones.

Safety Instructions

1. Handle the earphones with care. They contain highly sensitive electronic components and batteries. Avoid dropping, burning, puncturing, disassembling, or exposing them to high temperatures or liquids, as these actions can cause damage to the batteries or result in personal injury.
2. Do not use the earphones if they are damaged.
3. Avoid using the earphones near water sources.
4. Clean the earphones using a dry cloth only.
5. Repairs should exclusively be carried out by qualified professionals.
6. The product contains built-in rechargeable batteries. Warning: Do not disassemble, strike, squeeze, or incinerate the batteries. Do not expose them to high temperatures. Do not use the battery if it has been immersed in water.
