Operation
FIRST TIME SETUP
Device may need to be charged before use.
CAUTION Only use a USB charging device that is 5V DC output.

POWER ON & POWER OFF
POWER ON Open charging case, earphones will auto-power on and connect to the last time paired device.
POWER OFF Place earphones into charging case and close lid, earphones will be charged and disconnect from your device.

PAIRING
A. If this is your first time use these earphones, follow FIRST TIME SETUP instructions. B. If you want to pair with another device, place earphones back to charging case and keep the lid open, press and hold the button at the bottom of the charging case for 3 seconds. LED light on earphones are flashing, now you can search it from another device.

1. Remove the protective film before the first use, then place both earphones back into charging case and close the lid. 2. Open the charging case, earphones will power on and go to pairing mode automatically. Connect to your device by selecting "onn. True Wireless ENC".

Note: Without the charge case, you can also manually power on/off the earphones by touch and holding the control area for 5 seconds.

CHARGE Earphones charging
Place earphones back into charging case and close the lid, earphones may take up to 1.5 hours to get fully charged when at 0% battery.

Case charging
It is recommended to use the provided charging cable connect USB-A end to 5V power adapter or other devices, connect USB-C end to the charging port of the case.
Note: Device may take 2 hours to get fully charged when at 0%.

Cleaning & Care
CLEANING
1. 2. Never use abrasive pads to clean device. 3. Avoid using liquids to clean device. 4. Use cotton swab to clean the charge case internal
area if needed, to avoid out-of-contact charging issues between earphones and charging case.

Troubleshooting

Problem

Prevention/Solution

Cannot find "onn. True Wireless ENC" on my Bluetooth device.
Sound is not produced

Ensure Bluetooth function is enabled on your device. Double check if the earphones already connected to last-time paired device.
Ensure you have earphones connected to Bluetooth device, then increase volume from your device.

Cannot power on

Charge both earphone and case for enough time. Clean the contact area for earphones and charging case, ensure earphones contact well in the case when charging.

Only one earphone has sound Only one earphone can connect Can't connect/pair

Place both earphones into charging case and keep the lid open, press and hold reset button for 10 seconds, to reset both earphones and charging case. When you see red LED light flashing 3 times on earphones and charging case, it means reset successful. Follow FIRST TIME SETUP to pair again.
