Remove the protective film before the first use, then place both earphones back into charging case and close the lid. 2. True Wireless ENC" on my Bluetooth device. Sound is not produced Ensure Bluetooth function is enabled on your device. Double check if the earphones already connected to last-time paired device. Ensure you have earphones connected to Bluetooth device, then increase volume from your device. Cannot power on Charge both earphone and case for enough time. Clean the contact area for earphones and charging case, ensure earphones contact well in the case when charging. Only one earphone has sound Only one earphone can connect Can't connect/pair Place both earphones into charging case and keep the lid open, press and hold reset button for 10 seconds, to reset both earphones and charging case. When you see red LED light flashing 3 times on earphones and charging case, it means reset successful. Follow FIRST TIME SETUP to pair again.
