The Lightpro Led Strip is an outdoor lighting chain designed to be cut to the desired length. This product is intended for use with the Lightpro 12-volt system. Improper use may compromise safety, warranty, and system functionality.

Packaging and Components

Cutting the LED Strip

The LED strip can be cut to size. Follow these guidelines:

• Locate the "DO NOT CUT HERE" marking on the strip (indicated by an 'X' symbol). Never cut at this point.
• Cut the strip in one smooth motion from the transparent side at the designated cutting points (indicated by a checkmark symbol ✓).
• The section connected to the connector must contain at least one marking.
• Shortened sections without markings will not illuminate.
• A small portion (a few centimeters) at the end of the strip may not light up after cutting.

Connecting the LED Strip

Working Conditions: For best results with the glue, work at temperatures above 10°C in dry conditions. Optimal glue performance is achieved with 50-70% air humidity.

Assembly Steps:

1. Insert the Pin [2] into the LED Strip [6], ensuring it makes proper contact with the conductors.
2. Test the LED strip's illumination by connecting it to the 12-volt system via the connector [1]. Disconnect before proceeding with gluing.
3. Apply Glue [5] around the LED Strip [6] and insert it into the plastic holder [1] of the connector.
4. Apply a final layer of glue around the connector and strip, then wipe clean with a dry cloth.
5. Attach the End Cap [3] to the free end of the LED Strip [6].

Important Note: If installing the LED strip in a profile, ensure the top remains open to prevent permanent damage to the strip.

System Overview

The Lightpro system diagram shows how the connector facilitates branching connections within the 12-volt lighting setup. The connection process is designed to be simple: "Just twist and connect!".

Safety and Maintenance

• Install the product for accessibility for servicing. Do not permanently embed it.
• Always disconnect the transformer from the power outlet before performing maintenance.
• Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Clean stainless steel parts with a suitable cleaner every six months.
• Do not use high-pressure washers or aggressive chemical cleaners.
• This product is Class III and must only be connected to safety extra-low voltage (max 12 Volt).
• Suitable for ambient temperatures between -20°C and 50°C.
• Do not use in areas with flammable gases, fumes, or liquids.
• Caution: Contains cyanoacrylate. Bonds skin and eyelids instantly. Keep out of reach of children. In case of contact, do not force removal. For skin contact, soak in warm soapy water. For eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. For stuck fingers, soak in water and roll a pencil between them.
