Mounting to Device
- Align the SMR adapter plate to the back mounting holes of the Mindray SMR Unit and fasten H-PHMS-M3-10 with #2 Philips Screwdriver. (Figure 1)
Note: Do not overtight to avoid damaging the housing thread.
- Align the Adjustable Pole Clamp to SMR adapter plate and fasten H-HSCS- 1420-12-P with ¼ Allen Key. (Figure 2)
Mounting Device Assembly to Platform
- WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOUNT/REMOVE THE PLV-8-32 WHEN LOADED WITH ANY DEVICE.
- WARNING: DO NOT MOUNT THE PLV-8-32 ABOVE THE PATIENTS HEAD.
- WARNING: ENSURE POST IS STABLE AND PROPERLY INSTALLED BEFORE MOUNTING THE PLV-8-32.
Mindray Satellite Module Rack (SMR) Mount Quick Installation and Maintenance Instructions
- Ensure the handle HPC1-CLMP-HDL is loose (i.e. the handle is in its outermost position. If the handle is not in its outermost position, then rotate the handle counterclockwise in order to make it so). Then, align the grooves of X-PC1-CLMP-CLP to the mounting surface at the desired height and rotate the handle (H-PC1-CLMP-HDL) clockwise until X-PC1-CLMP-CLP is completely tightened and secured on to the mounting platform. (Figure 3)
Note: For clarity, figures below show mthe ounting of PLV-8-32 without any device attached.
- Tighten the nut (H-LNUT-M8-NYL) by rotating it clockwise onto the clamp body (X-PLV-832-BDY). (Figure 4)
WARNING: ENSURE THE X-PC1-CLMP-CLP IS COMPLETELY TIGHTENED AND SECURED ON TO THE MOUNTING PLATFORM BEFORE TIGHTENING THE NUT AND LOCKING THE PLV-8-32 ONTO THE MOUNTING PLATFORM.
Note: For clarity, figures below show mounting of PLV-8-32 without any device attached.
Note: To uninstall, rotate the nut (H-LNUT-M8-NYL) counterclockwise and then, rotate the handle (H-PC1-CLMP-HDL) counterclockwise until the PLV-8-32 can be removed.

Maintenance
It is recommended that once every three (3) months, all locks, bolts and screws are visually inspected for signs of product wear and tear or damage. Check the product for losses in the mount or orientation, and ensure the adapter is secure.
Warranty
During the term of a 5-year warranty: Within the first twelve (12) months from the date of shipment, Amico Accessories will repair or replace any part which is proven to be defective at no cost. After the twelve (12) month period, Amico Accessories will send the parts to the customer free of charge, however, shipping and installation will be borne by the customer. The warranty is valid only when the product has been properly installed according to Amico Accessories specifications, used in a normal manner, and serviced according to factory recommendations. It does not cover failures due to damage which occurs in shipments or failures which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, misapplication or damage that may be attributable to Force Majeure.
AMICO ACCESSORIES DOES NOT HONOUR VERBAL STATEMENTS CONCERNING THE WARRANTY.
The distributor and/or dealer are not sanctioned to create verbal warranties about the product described in this agreement. Any statements will not be honored or be made part of the agreement of sale. This document is the final complete and exclusive terms of the agreement.
THIS WARRANTY IS INCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
Amico Accessories shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, profit, loss of sales or injuries to person(s) or property. Correction of non-compliance as noted above will result in completion of all liabilities of Amico Accessories, whether based on agreement, neglect or changed materials, designs or specifications without notice. All claims for warranty must first be approved by Amico Accessories Customer Service Department: (info@amico-accessories.com or 1-877-264-2697). A valid Return Goods Authorisation number must be obtained from Amico Accessories prior to the commencement of any warranty claim.
