Take off the dash brow by removing the 4 screws securing it to the dash. Retain hardware. STEP 2: Next, remove the front body cowl by pulling it evenly away from the cart. If your cart has headlights, be sure to unclip each headlight connection before pulling the old front cowl fully off. STEP 3: Clean off the cart surface before installing the replacement front cowl. STEP 4: Line up the three front clips as shown in order to install the new replacement front cowl. NOTE: It is recommended to leave the protective film on the replacement body until after installation is complete. Making note of where each wire is connected, unplug the forward and reverse switch. In our case, blue wire is forward, yellow wire is the hot wire, and brown wire is reverse. NOTE: Pay close attention to the wire connections and keep in mind which wire is forward, which wire is reverse, and which wire is hot. In this case, the blue wire is forward, the yellow wire is the hot wire, and the brown wire is reverse. STEP 10: Remove the currently installed rear body. Once the area is wiped down, install the replacement rear body. Run the wire through the passthrough and reconnect the forward and reverse switch wiring connectors ensuring the wires are connected correctly. Secure the forward and reverse switch with retained hardware. STEP 11: Using the original, retained hardware, install the rear body and screws to secure the body to the battery compartment.
