5.1. Урьдчилан халаах

3. Turn the temperature control dial to your desired setting (e.g., 'Hi' for most meats). The power indicator light will illuminate.

5.2. Grilling Modes

The Philips Contact Grill supports two primary grilling configurations:

• Place food on the lower grill plate.
• Gently lower the upper grill plate onto the food. The adjustable height feature allows the upper plate to float over thicker items, ensuring even cooking without crushing.

180° Flat Grilling

For larger quantities or different types of food that require open-surface grilling, such as multiple burgers, vegetables, or seafood.

• Open the grill completely by pushing the handle back until the upper plate lies flat, creating a large, flat grilling surface.
• Place food on both the upper and lower grill plates.
• Cook, turning food as needed, until desired doneness.

The adjustable height feature allows you to set the distance between the upper and lower grill plates. This is particularly useful for delicate items that should not be pressed, or for melting cheese on open-faced sandwiches.

• Use the lever or mechanism on the side of the grill to lock the upper plate at various heights above the lower plate.

5.4. After Grilling

• Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature dial to 'Off' or 'O'.
