4.1. Turbine Assembly

1. Attach the three blades to the hub using the provided fasteners. Ensure they are securely tightened.
2. Mount the assembled hub with blades onto the wind turbine generator shaft. Secure it with the retaining nut and washer.

4.2. Mounting the Turbine

The wind turbine requires a sturdy mounting pole. The recommended pole diameter is 2 inches. However, some users have found that the turbine's clamp fits a 1.5-inch diameter pipe more securely at the top, potentially requiring an adapter if using a 2-inch main pole. Ensure the pole is installed vertically and securely anchored to withstand wind forces.

The Pikasola 30A Hybrid Charge Controller manages power from both the wind turbine and optional solar panels to charge your 12V battery bank. Follow the wiring diagram carefully:
