The Zacurate 500E Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is designed for non-invasive spot-checking of arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate (PR). This device is intended for use by sports enthusiasts and individuals interested in monitoring their SpO2 and PR.   1. Keep your hand still during the measurement. Readings for SpO2 and Pulse Rate will appear on the display within seconds.

The display shows your Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2%) and Pulse Rate (PRbpm). A plethysmograph wave indicates the blood flow through the vessels. If the wave amplitude is low, it suggests insufficient blood perfusion for a reliable reading. In such cases, reposition your finger and retake the measurement.

  • Clean the surface of the oximeter before and after each use with a soft cloth dampened with medical alcohol (70% isopropyl alcohol).
  • Do not immerse the device in water or other cleaning solutions.
