Rayrun T120 Tunable White LED Controller
Model: T120(-H)
Introduction
The T120 tunable white LED controller is designed to drive constant voltage LED products with a common anode connection. It operates within a voltage range of DC5-24V. The receiver works with the RF remote controller, allowing users to adjust LED brightness and white color temperature.
Receiver & Wiring
The controller requires a DC power supply ranging from 5V to 24V. Ensure the power supply voltage is correct and the wattage is sufficient for the connected LED load. The output voltage matches the input voltage. Please refer to the controller's markings for correct cable polarity.
Wiring Diagram: Connect the controller's output to the LED loads and the power supply to the controller's power input. Ensure the power supply voltage matches the LED load's rated voltage. Verify all connections are secure and insulated before powering on.
Power Supply Input:
- Connect AC power to a DC power supply.
- Connect the DC power supply (5-24V) to the LED Controller's power input.
LED Output:
- Connect the LED loads to the controller's LED output terminals, observing correct polarity.
- Ensure the LED rated voltage matches the power supply voltage.
- The maximum load current must be within the controller's rated current.
Caution: Short-circuiting the output cables can permanently damage the controller. Ensure all cables are properly insulated.
Remote Controller Function
- Turn ON / OFF: Press the 'I' button to turn on the controller or the 'O' button to turn it off. The controller remembers the last ON/OFF state.
- Brightness and Color Temperature Adjust: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust brightness. Use the 'C/T' or 'CT' button to adjust color temperature.
- Brightness & Color Temperature Shortcut: Press the shortcut keys for quick adjustments to brightness or color temperature.
- Remote Indicator: The indicator blinks when the remote is active. Slow flashing indicates a low battery (CR2032).
Remote Controller Operation
- Using the Remote Controller: Remove the battery insulation tape before use. The RF signal can penetrate non-metal barriers. Avoid installing the controller in metal enclosures that could block the signal.
- Pair a New Remote Controller: The controller and remote are paired 1-to-1 by default. Up to 5 remotes can be paired to one receiver, and one remote can be paired to multiple receivers. To pair:
- Disconnect and reconnect the receiver's power after more than 5 seconds.
- Within 10 seconds of power restoration, press and hold the and keys simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds.
- Keep One Remote and Forget Others: To pair a specific remote and unpair all others, repeat the pairing process with the desired remote.
Overheat Protection
The controller features overheat protection to prevent damage from excessive heat caused by overloading. In an overheat situation, the controller will shut down the output temporarily and resume operation when the temperature returns to a safe level. For safety, avoid overloading or short-circuiting the controller's output.
