How do I listen to voicemail on my IPVoice phone?
To access your voicemail, press the Message/Voicemail key on your handset or dial *123. Follow the voice prompts to listen to messages and enter your PIN.

How do I transfer a call to another person?
During an active call, press the Transfer soft key. Enter the other person's phone number, then press the Call soft key. Once you hear the ring-back tone, press Transfer again to complete the process.
