Please read all instructions carefully before using the Uwant Y200-S Fabric Spot Cleaner. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Haumaru Hiko: Always ensure the power cord is undamaged and plugged into a grounded outlet. Do not use with wet hands.
  • Hot Steam: The cleaner produces 100°C steam. Avoid direct contact with skin or pets to prevent burns.
  • Whakamahi wai: Use only clean water in the clean water tank. Do not add cleaning solutions to the clean water tank unless specifically designed for steam cleaners and approved by Uwant.
  • Rokiroki: Whakaorangia te taputapu ki roto i te waahi maroke.

2. Hua Neke Atuview

The Uwant Y200-S is a powerful fabric spot cleaner designed for deep cleaning and sanitizing various fabric surfaces using high-temperature steam and strong suction.

3. Tohutohu Tatūnga

  2. Attach Hose Assembly: Insert the hose assembly connector firmly into the designated port on the main unit until it clicks into place.

4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

Before operating, ensure the clean water tank is filled and the waste water tank is empty and properly installed.

4.1 Te Whakakaha me te Whakawera

  2. The appliance will begin heating the water to 100°C. This process may take a few minutes. The indicator light may change or flash to show heating status.
  3. Once the desired temperature is reached, the indicator light will become solid, indicating the cleaner is ready for use.

4.2 Cleaning Procedure (Wash & Vacuum Simultaneously)

  1. Whakamātautau-mua: Always test the cleaner on an inconspicuous area of the fabric first to ensure colorfastness and no adverse reactions.
  2. Whakamahia te Mamao: Hold the steam brush head over the stained area. Press the steam trigger on the handle to release hot steam. Move the brush head slowly over the area.
  3. Scrub (Optional): For stubborn stains, gently scrub the area with the brush bristles while applying steam.
  4. Extract Water: Release the steam trigger. Press the vacuum suction button on the handle to activate the suction. Move the brush head over the wet area to extract the dirty water into the waste water tank.
  5. Tukurua: Repeat steps 2-4 as necessary until the stain is removed and the area is as dry as possible.

4.3 Tubing Self-Cleaning Function

After each use, it is recommended to use the self-cleaning function to prevent odors and maintain hygiene.

5. Tiaki

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your Uwant Y200-S.

  1. Empty and Clean Waste Water Tank: After each use, remove the waste water tank, empty its contents, and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow it to air dry before reinserting.
  2. Tāke Wai Ma: Periodically rinse the clean water tank to prevent mineral buildup.
  3. Clean Steam Brush Head: Remove any debris or hair from the brush bristles and suction nozzle. Rinse under running water.
  4. Mukua Raro waho: Whakamahia he ngohengohe, damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the main unit. Do not use harsh chemicals.
  5. Rokiroki: Ensure both tanks are empty and dry before storing the appliance. Wrap the power cord neatly using the auto cord retraction feature (if applicable) or the storage clasp. Store in a cool, dry place.
