5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

Use the 'CHIME/ALARM/OFF' switch on the side of the main unit to select the desired mode:

  • CHIME: The alarm will emit a chime sound when triggered.
  • PANUI: The alarm will emit a loud siren sound when triggered.
  • WATE: The alarm is turned off.

5.2 Setting Delay Time (1-4 Minutes)

Press the 'SET' key on the side of the main unit to cycle through the four delay modes. Each press will confirm the mode with a specific number of beeps:

  • Mode 1 (1 beep): Alert after 1 minute, beeps every 15 seconds for 5 seconds until the door closes. (Recommended for refrigerators, basement doors).
  • Mode 2 (2 beeps): Alert after 2 minutes, beeps every 10 seconds for 10 seconds until the door closes. (Recommended for garages, shed doors).
  • Mode 3 (3 beeps): Alert after 3 minutes, beeps every 5 seconds for 15 seconds until the door closes. (Recommended for windows, cabinet doors).
  • Mode 4 (4 beeps): Alert after 4 minutes, beeps every 20 seconds for 15 seconds until the door closes. (Recommended for offices, shop doors).
