3.2 Inserting the Earplugs

Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards to open the ear canal.
Insert the earplug into your ear canal.
Twist the earplug gently until it feels secure and comfortable. The circular outer ring should sit flush with the opening of your ear canal.
