Your ICE Digit Retro Sunset watch comes with a pre-installed battery. Before first use, you may need to remove a plastic tab from the crown or button area if present, which prevents battery drain during shipping. The watch features four primary buttons for navigation and setting:
- Tautuhi Anō: Used for resetting values or navigating backward in menus.
- ST/STP (Tīmata/Mutu): Used for starting/stopping functions like the chronograph or confirming settings.
- AHUNGA: Used to cycle through different watch modes (Time, Alarm, Chronograph, Dual Time).

- Aratau Wā: Displays current time (hours, minutes, seconds), day of the week, and date.
- Aratau Whakaoho: Allows setting and activating a daily alarm.
- Chronograph (Stopwatch) Mode:

Pehia te KAMARAMA button to illuminate the display for a few seconds. This feature is useful in dark environments.

This watch is water resistant up to 3 ATM (30 meters). This means it is splash-proof and suitable for everyday use like hand washing or light rain. It is not suitable for showering, swimming, diving, or any water sports involving immersion. Avoid pressing buttons while the watch is wet to prevent water ingress.
