3.1 Loading Fan-Fold Labels

To load the fan-fold labels into your thermal printer, follow these general steps. Specific instructions may vary slightly depending on your printer model; always refer to your printer's manual for detailed guidance.

  1. Ensure your thermal printer is turned off or in standby mode.
  2. Place the stack of fan-fold labels directly behind your thermal printer. Ensure the labels are aligned neatly and the print side is facing up.
  3. Gently feed the first label into the printer's label input slot. The printer should automatically detect the label and adjust its position.
