3. Tatūnga

3.1 Te Hononga i te Wāhanga Matua

  1. Place the EMEET Meeting Capsule Pro main unit in the center of your meeting table for optimal 360-degree coverage.
  2. Connect the provided USB-A/C cable to the main unit and then to your computer.
  3. Connect the power adapter to the main unit and a power outlet.

3.2 Connecting the Sub-Camera

  1. Attach the 1080P sub-camera to the tripod.
  2. Position the sub-camera to face a whiteboard or a specific area you wish to highlight.
  3. Connect the sub-camera to your computer using the second USB-A/C cable. The sub-camera will power on automatically.

Tuhipoka Nui: The EMEET Meeting Capsule Pro is not designed to support its own weight on a standard 1/4-inch screw tripod. It is recommended to use the included tripod or a compatible, stable tripod for the sub-camera.

4.1 Mahi Taketake

  1. Once connected, the devices are ready for use. Select the EMEET Meeting Capsule Pro as your camera and microphone in your preferred video conferencing software.
  2. Use the physical buttons on the main unit to control key functions:
    • Sensitivity Adjustment Button: Adjusts the capture speed in 3 levels.
    • Pātene Tūmataitinga: Toggles privacy mode on/off, disabling audio and video transmission.
    • Patene Whakakore: Wahangu/ wetewete te hopuoro.

4.2 EMEETLINK Software

For advanced settings and firmware updates, download and install the EMEETLINK software from the official EMEET website. This software allows you to fine-tune parameters such as sharpness, exposure, and white balance, and manage video modes.

5. Momo Mahi

5.1 Collaboration Mode (Using 4K Camera Only)

When using only the 4K main camera, the device operates in collaboration mode. The 360° AI auto-focus technology identifies and frames up to three main speakers, providing an immersive communication experience for remote participants.

5.2 Whiteboard Mode (Using Both Cameras)

When both the 4K main camera and the 1080P sub-camera are used together, the system can activate Whiteboard Mode. The 1080P sub-camera uses AI to detect and correct the whiteboard, ensuring its content is clearly visible to remote participants. The main camera simultaneously captures the meeting participants.

5.3 Host Mode (Using Both Cameras)

In Host Mode, when both cameras are active, the system prioritizes the host, displaying them centrally on the screen. This ensures the host is clearly seen and heard by all participants, enhancing presentation clarity.

5.4 Individual Use (Using 1080P Sub-Camera Only)

The 1080P sub-camera can be used independently for individual meetings or chats. Its compact size and integrated microphone make it convenient for personal remote communication.

  • Hononga USB Haumaru: Employs a more secure USB physical connection, avoiding Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, which can be vulnerable to cyberattacks.
