5. Tatūnga
5.1 Hononga Hiko
- Connect the power adapter to the DC input port on the rear of the radio.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet (230V AC).
5.2 Antenna
For optimal DAB and FM reception, fully extend the telescopic antenna.

- Identify a suitable location under a cabinet, ensuring sufficient clearance.
- Use the mounting template (if provided) or measure the screw hole distances (refer to Image 5.2 for guidance on dimensions).
- Drill pilot holes into the underside of the cabinet.
- Secure the mounting brackets (if separate) or the radio directly using the provided screws.
- Ensure the radio is firmly attached and stable.
