1. Kupu Whakataki

2. Tatūnga
2.1 Hiko Tuatahi
The watch comes with a pre-installed LR44 battery. If the display is blank, press any button to activate it. If the display remains blank, the battery may need replacement (refer to Section 4.2).
2.2 Tautuhi Wā me te Rā
The watch typically has four buttons: MODE, RESET, ST/STP, and LIGHT. The exact button functions for setting may vary slightly, but generally follow these steps:

3. Mahi
3.1 Whakaaturanga Taima
In normal mode, the watch displays the current time (hours, minutes, seconds) and the day of the week. Some models may also show the date.
3.2 Te Mahi o te Chronograph (Stopwatch)

This watch is water-resistant up to 10 ATM (100 meters). This means it is suitable for swimming, showering, and water sports. It is kaore suitable for scuba diving. Avoid operating buttons while the watch is submerged to prevent water ingress.
4. Tiaki
4.1 Te horoi
Whakapaihia te mataaratanga ki te ngawari, damp cloth. For the silicone strap, mild soap and water can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the watch or strap.
4.2 Whakakapinga Pūhiko
The watch uses one LR44 battery. When the display becomes dim or stops functioning, the battery may need replacement. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance. Attempting to replace the battery yourself may void the warranty and compromise water resistance.

4.3 Tiaki Atete Wai
To maintain the watch's water resistance, ensure the crown (if present, though not applicable for this digital model) and buttons are not operated while the watch is wet or submerged. Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperature changes, which can affect the seals.
