2. Tatūnga

2.1 Hiko Tuatahi

The watch comes with a pre-installed LR44 battery. If the display is blank, press any button to activate it. If the display remains blank, the battery may need replacement (refer to Section 4.2).

2.2 Tautuhi Wā me te Rā

The watch typically has four buttons: MODE, RESET, ST/STP, and LIGHT. The exact button functions for setting may vary slightly, but generally follow these steps:

  1. Pehia te MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is activated. This is usually indicated by flashing digits (hours or minutes).

3. Mahi

In normal mode, the watch displays the current time (hours, minutes, seconds) and the day of the week. Some models may also show the date.
