- Tirohanga Teitei: Delivers a maximum of 2000 lumens, providing illumination up to 200 meters (656 feet) underwater.
- Mahi ngawari: Features a user-friendly one-touch magnetic switch for easy control.
- IPX8 Whakatauranga parewai: Designed for underwater use up to 100 meters (328 feet) with enhanced sealed O-rings for superior water resistance.
- Hanga Roa: Crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy with a tempered glass lens, offering resistance to oxidation, abrasion, and saltwater corrosion.

3. Ihirangi mokete
Upon opening your APLOS AP20 Scuba Dive Light package, please verify that all the following items are included:
- 1 x APLOS AP20 Dive Flashlight
- 1 x Rechargeable Battery (pre-installed or separate)
- 1 x Kaituku USB
- 1 x Tauira USB
- 1 x Tira Wari
- 4 x Waterproof O-rings (spare)
- 1 x Manual Kaiwhakamahi (tenei tuhinga)

4. Product Structure and Components
Familiarize yourself with the different parts of your APLOS AP20 dive light:

- Upoko: Contains the LED emitter and tempered glass lens.
- Tinana: Houses the battery and internal circuitry. Made from AL-6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with military regulations III hard anodized finish for abrasion and seawater corrosion resistance.
- One-Touch Magnetic Switch: Located on the body for easy mode selection and power control.
- Pōtae hiku: Secures the battery and provides a point for the wrist strap.
- Waterproof O-rings: Two O-rings ensure a watertight seal for underwater operation.
5. Tatūnga me te Whakatau
5.1 Tāuta Pūhiko
- Unscrew the tail cap of the dive light by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Insert the rechargeable battery with the positive (+) terminal facing towards the head of the flashlight.
- Carefully screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is fully tightened. Ensure the O-rings are properly seated to maintain the waterproof seal.
5.2 Te Whakataki i te Pūhiko
- Remove the battery from the dive light.
- Place the battery into the provided USB charger, ensuring correct polarity.
- Connect the USB charger to a power source using the supplied USB cable.
- Ko te rama tohu kei runga i te riihi ka whakaatu i te mana o te utu (hei tauira, he whero mo te utu, he kakariki mo te whakakii katoa).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger and remove the battery.
6. Mahi
6.1 Te Whakamahinga Taketake
- Whakakā/Weto: Rotate the magnetic switch to turn the light on or off.
- Kōwhiringa Aratau: Continue rotating the magnetic switch to cycle through different brightness modes (if applicable). The APLOS AP20 features a simple one-touch magnetic switch for ease of use.

6.2 Underwater Use
Before each dive, ensure the tail cap is securely tightened and the O-rings are clean and properly lubricated to maintain the IPX8 waterproof rating. The light is designed to operate reliably up to 100 meters (328 feet) underwater.
7. Tiaki
- Whai muri i ia ruku: Rinse the dive light thoroughly with fresh water to remove salt, sand, and other debris.
- Tiaki O-mowhiti: Periodically inspect the O-rings for any signs of damage, cracks, or wear. Clean them and apply a thin layer of silicone grease to maintain their elasticity and waterproof seal. Replace damaged O-rings immediately using the provided spares.
- Tiaki Pūhiko: Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50% capacity every few months to prolong its lifespan.
- Te horoi: Wipe the body of the flashlight with a soft, damp kakahu. Kaua e whakamahi i nga kai horoi me nga whakarewa.
- Rokiroki: Store the dive light in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
8. Te Raru
