The Infinity Plus model features commercial-grade, solid steel conical burrs and an innovative gear reduction motor to minimize friction and heat, preserving the coffee's delicate flavors. It offers 16 fineness settings, from extra fine for Turkish coffee to very coarse for percolators and cold brew.

4. Tatūnga

- Ma: Wash the bean hopper, bean hopper lid, and ground coffee container with mild soap and water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
- Huihuia: Place the ground coffee container into its designated slot in the main unit. Ensure the upper conical burr is securely in place. Attach the bean hopper to the top of the unit and secure its lid.
- Turanga: Position the grinder on a clean, dry, and stable surface.

5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
- Whakakīa te Pii Hopper: Open the bean hopper lid and pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. The hopper has an 11-ounce capacity. Replace the lid securely.
- Kōwhiria te Matotoru o te Huri: Rotate the grind selector dial to choose your desired fineness setting. Refer to the 'Grind Settings Guide' below for recommendations based on your brewing method.
- Tautuhi Wā Miro: Rotate the timer dial to select the desired grinding duration. The grinder will automatically stop once the set time has elapsed.
- Tīmata te huri: Press the power button to begin grinding. The grinder will operate until the timer runs out or until you press the power button again to stop it manually.
- Kohia te Kawhe Whenua: Once grinding is complete, carefully remove the ground coffee container from the unit.
- Pulse Grinding: For additional control, you can use the pulse grinding feature by repeatedly pressing and releasinte pātene mana.

7. Tiaki me te Whakapai

- Ipu Kawhe Whenua Ma: Empty and wash the ground coffee container and its lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
