- Whakaritea te Totohu: Ensure the mounting hole on your sink or countertop is clean and clear.
- Insert Hoses: Feed all hoses from the faucet body through the mounting hole.
- Whakamaua te Taputapu: From underneath the sink, attach the gasket and mounting nut to secure the faucet firmly to the sink/countertop. Tighten by hand, then use a wrench for a final snug fit, but do not overtighten.
- Tūhono Tuku Wai: Connect the cold water supply line to the designated cold water inlet on the faucet. This faucet is designed for cold water only. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Taumaha Tāuta (mēnā e tika ana): If your faucet model includes a pull-down or pull-out sprayer, install the counterweight onto the sprayer hose as per the diagram.
- Whakamātautau mō ngā turuturu: Slowly turn on the main water supply and check all connections for leaks. Run the faucet for a few minutes to flush out any debris.
