  4. Kōkuhu Poti Roto: Place the clean, dry inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits correctly and is not tilted.
  5. Hono Hono: Plug the power cord into the appliance, then into a grounded electrical outlet. The display will illuminate, indicating the unit is in standby mode.

Nga Waahi Mahi Whanui:

  1. Tāpiri Kai: Place your ingredients and liquid into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  2. Katia te taupoki: Place the lid on the cooker and turn it clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the steam release handle is in the 'Sealing' position for pressure cooking.
  3. Tīpako Papatono: Use the control panel buttons to select your desired cooking program (e.g., Soup, Rice, Slow Cook). The selected program's indicator will light up.
