With 19 bars of pressure and 1450W power, it ensures an aromatic and flavorful coffee experience. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

4. Tatūnga

  2. Te horoi tuatahi: Before first use, wash the water tank, drip tray, and capsule adapters with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Turanga: Place the machine on a stable, level, and dry surface, away from heat sources and water.
  4. Whakakihia te Taaka Wai: Remove the transparent water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Reattach the tank securely.

  6. Te Huringa Horoi Tuatahi: Plug the machine into a grounded power outlet. Place a large cup under the coffee outlet. Press the power button (usually the middle button) to turn on the machine. Once the indicator light stops blinking and remains solid, select the long coffee button (larger cup icon) to run a cycle without any coffee or capsule. This cleans the internal system. Repeat this process 2-3 times.

5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

5.1 Mahi Whanui

  2. Plug in the machine and press the power button. Wait for the indicator light to become solid, indicating the machine is preheated.

  4. Place your desired cup on the drip tray. The drip tray height is adjustable; remove the upper part for taller cups.

5.2 Using Capsules or Ground Coffee

The machine comes with three different adapters for various coffee types:

  1. Whakaarahia te tuara hei whakatuwhera i te wahanga kapi.
  2. Insert the appropriate adapter for your chosen coffee type (Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, or ground coffee).

  4. Place your capsule into the adapter or fill the ground coffee adapter with your desired amount of ground coffee.

  6. Select your desired coffee size: the small cup icon for espresso or the large cup icon for a long coffee. The machine will automatically stop when the programmed volume is reached.

5.3 Programming Coffee Volume

You can customize the volume for both espresso and long coffee settings:

  1. With the machine preheated and an adapter/capsule inserted, place a cup under the outlet.
  2. Press and hold the desired coffee button (small or large cup icon). The machine will start brewing.
  3. Release the button when your desired coffee volume is reached. The machine will remember this setting for future use.

6.2 Whakaheke

Descaling is recommended every 2-3 months, or more frequently in areas with hard water, to prevent mineral buildup.

  1. Empty the water tank and fill it with a descaling solution suitable for coffee machines (follow the descaler manufacturer's instructions for dilution).
  2. Place a large container (at least 1.5L) under the coffee outlet.
  3. Turn on the machine. Once preheated, press the long coffee button to start the descaling cycle. Allow the entire tank of solution to run through.

  5. Run 2-3 full tanks of fresh water through the machine to rinse out any remaining descaling solution.
