- Turanga: For optimal sensor performance, ensure the sensor at the top of the lamp is not obstructed by the fixture or other objects. The sensor requires a clear line of sight for motion detection and ambient light measurement.

- Puka Puni: The integrated daylight sensor detects ambient light levels. The lamp will only activate due to motion when the surrounding light is below a certain threshold (e.g., in the evening or a dark room). It will remain off during daylight hours to save energy.
- Pūoko Nekehanga: The motion sensor detects movement within its detection range. Once motion is detected in low light, the lamp illuminates. If no further motion is detected, the lamp will turn off after approximately 60 seconds.
- Kounga Maama: Enjoy a comfortable, warm white light at 2700 Kelvin, designed to meet Philips EyeComfort requirements for reduced eye strain.
