Before first use, fully charge your LARQ Bottle PureVis cap. Connect the provided MicroUSB charging cable to the port on the cap and plug the other end into a USB power source. The light ring on the cap will indicate charging status. A full charge typically lasts up to one month with regular use.

After charging, fill your LARQ Bottle with water. Ensure the water level is below the neck of the bottle to prevent overflow. Securely screw the PureVis cap onto the bottle. The bottle is now ready for use.

PureVis Self-Cleaning Mode

For continuous freshness, the LARQ Bottle PureVis automatically activates a self-cleaning cycle every two hours. This ensures your bottle remains clean and odor-free throughout the day.

The double-wall vacuum insulated design of the LARQ Bottle PureVis allows it to keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. For best results with cold beverages, add ice cubes. For hot beverages, pre-heat the bottle with hot water before filling.

Cap Light Ring is Orange
If the light ring on your PureVis cap illuminates orange, it indicates that the ambient light sensor detects the cap is activated outside of the bottle. Ensure the cap is securely screwed onto the bottle before initiating a cleaning cycle. If the issue persists, ensure there is no moisture or debris obstructing the sensor inside the cap.
Bottle Not Cleaning / Cap Not Activating
- Ensure the cap is fully charged. Connect it to the MicroUSB cable and allow it to charge until the light indicator turns solid green.
- Verify the cap is screwed on tightly to the bottle. A loose connection may prevent activation.
- Check for any physical damage to the cap or bottle that might interfere with the connection or sensor.
