Before operating the mixer, ensure all components are correctly assembled and secured.

    • Insert the shaft of the mixing paddle into the chuck of the mixer.
    • Tighten the chuck securely using the provided wrenches. Ensure the paddle is firmly seated and does not wobble.
  3. Hononga Hiko: Connect the mixer's power cord to a suitable grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the specifications of the tool.

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your FERM mixer.

  1. Whakaritenga Rawa: Place the material to be mixed into a sturdy, clean mixing container. Ensure the container is large enough to prevent splashing.
  2. Te whakanoho i te mīhini whakaranu: Hold the mixer firmly with both hands using the ergonomic handles. Submerge the mixing paddle into the material before starting the tool to prevent splashing.
  3. Tīmatahia te Whakaranu: Press the ON/OFF switch to start the mixer.
  4. Tīpakonga Tere: Use the speed selector switch to choose between the two available speeds. Lower speeds are suitable for thicker, heavier materials, while higher speeds are for lighter, less viscous materials. Adjust the speed as needed for optimal mixing.
  5. Tikanga Whakaranu: Move the mixer slowly through the material, ensuring thorough and even mixing. Avoid lifting the paddle out of the material while it is running.
  6. Parenga taumaha: The integrated overload protection will automatically shut off the motor if it detects excessive load or overheating. If this occurs, release the ON/OFF switch, unplug the tool, allow it to cool down, and reduce the load before restarting.
  7. Whakamutua te Whakaranu: Release the ON/OFF switch to stop the mixer. Wait for the paddle to come to a complete stop before removing it from the material.
