Nga Tohutohu Haumaru Nui
I te wa e whakamahi ana i nga taputapu hiko, me whai tonu nga tikanga tiaki haumaru, tae atu ki enei e whai ake nei:
- Me ata panui nga tohutohu katoa i mua i te whakahaere i te taputapu.
- Kaua e pa ki nga waahi wera. Whakamahia he kakau, he puku ranei.
- Me kati te tirotiro ina whakamahia e nga tamariki tetahi taputapu e tata ana ranei.
- Wewetehia mai i te putanga ka kore e whakamahia ana i mua i te horoi. Tukua kia whakamatao i mua i te whakakakahu, te tango ranei i etahi waahanga.
- Kaua e whakahaere i tetahi taputapu me te taura kua pakaru, te mono ranei, i muri ranei i te kino o te taputapu, kua pakaru ranei i tetahi ahua.
- Kaua e whakamahi i waho.
- Me tino tupato ki te neke i tetahi taputapu kei roto he hinu wera, etahi atu wai wera ranei.
- Certain foods, such as applesauce, cranberries, pearl barley, oatmeal or other cereals, split peas, noodles, macaroni, rhubarb, or spaghetti can foam, froth, and sputter, and clog the pressure release device. These foods should not be cooked in a pressure cooker.
