Proper placement of your Fluance SXBP2 speakers is crucial for achieving the best surround sound experience. These bipolar speakers are designed to disperse sound in multiple directions, creating a diffuse and enveloping sound field.
Speaker Placement Guidelines:
- Rear Placement: For a 5.1 or 7.1 setup, place the SXBP2 speakers behind your primary listening position, at ear level, and flat against the wall.
- Side Placement: Alternatively, place them beside your listening position, approximately two feet or higher above ear level.
- Whakapiki taiepa: The speakers feature a two-screw hanging bracket on the back for wall mounting. Due to the bracket's width, at least one drywall anchor may be required if mounting to a single stud. Ensure mounting screws are level to prevent the speaker from appearing crooked. Note that the binding posts are not deeply recessed, which may affect the use of banana plugs when wall-mounted.
