It efficiently brews up to 120 cups (18 liters / 4.8 gallons) in approximately 60 minutes.

Constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, this unit is built for durability, resisting dents and maintaining its luster over time. It features a high-quality, heavy-duty spigot dispenser, a reusable stainless steel filter basket, and automatic safety functions for reliable performance.

Before initial use, ensure all components are clean. Wash the filter basket, percolator tube, and lid with warm, soapy water, then rinse thoroughly. The main body can be wiped clean with a damp lamba.

  1. Place the Percolator Tube: Insert the percolator tube into the center of the urn, ensuring it is securely seated in the heating element at the bottom.
  2. Position the Filter Basket: Place the stainless steel filter basket over the percolator tube. The basket should rest firmly on the rim inside the urn.
  3. Fenoy rano: Add cold, fresh water to the urn. Use the internal coffee level markings (MIN/FULL) as a guide. The minimum water level of 35 cups is required for proper operation.

  3. Connect Power and Start Brewing: Plug the power cord into a standard 110-120V electrical outlet. Flip the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The red 'Heating' indicator light will illuminate.
  4. Fanaraha-maso Brewing: The unit will begin the percolation process. Brewing 120 cups typically takes about 60 minutes. The visible water gauge on the side allows you to monitor the liquid level.
