Use and Care Manual for Square Scaffolding Wheels
Installation Guide
- Prepare Tools: Gather necessary tools such as wrenches before installation.
- Position the Wheels: Align the 1 1/4″ square stem of each 5 inch -baker scaffold wheel with the corresponding socket on the scaffolding unit. Ensure a proper fit.
- Secure the Wheels: Insert the provided spring lock pins through the 2 -1/2″ holes (center) on the scaffolding and the wheels. Make sure the pins are fully engaged to prevent the wheels from detaching during use. A total of 4 spring lock pins are included for the set of 4 wheels.
Usage Instructions
- Application Scenarios: These wheels are designed for baker scaffolding and can be used as metal tech scaffolding accessories.
- Braking Operation: Each wheel features a dual – locking brake mechanism. To engage the brakes, push down on both brake levers simultaneously. This will lock both the horizontal and vertical axes, ensuring the scaffolding remains stationary. When you need to move the scaffolding, release both brake levers to unlock the wheels
