Warning – Ropes And Handles

The use of this product and participation in this sport can result in serious injury or death. The user assumes all risks of injury or death. To reduce risks:

Ensure that the rope and handle are free of any body parts before and during use. Never allow the boat passengers or the rider to wrap their hands around the rope or handle. Use the rope and handle only as intended. Ride on the water only in the presence of a qualified driver and observer. Always establish clear signals between the boat driver and the rider. Always wear a well-fitting, CE/ISO-certified, or otherwise authority-approved life jacket or personal flotation device (PFD). The rope will stretch during use. Sudden release of the handle may cause the rope and handle to snap back, potentially striking and injuring boat occupants or the driver.
Never operate a watercraft or engage in the sport under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Never ride near swimmers, docks, shallow water, other watercraft, obstacles, or close to shore. This rope is intended for towing only one person.
Using it for any other purpose may cause the rope to break. Keep the rope and handle away from the propeller. If the rope or handle becomes entangled in the propeller, turn off the engine and remove the ignition key. Inspect the rope, handle, and attachments before each use. Check for fraying, cuts, sharp edges, and knots. Do not use the rope or handle if they are damaged. The lifespan of the rope and handle is reduced when exposed to direct sunlight. Store them in the shade whenever possible.

Only Applies To Wake Surfing Ropes

Wake surfing near the propeller can lead to injury or death. Only wake surf behind a boat that is recommended for wake surfing by the boat manufacturer. Always start from the water while holding the handle. Never throw the rope and handle to the surfer to keep them in the wake. Boat exhaust fumes can cause carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. To reduce the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, the surfer must stay far enough behind the boat.
