SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read the following information very carefully before operating your Genesis. This article contains important details regarding set up, usage, and maintenance. Failure to abide by all warning labels and instructions may result in personal harm, machine malfunction, and a void in warranty.
Persons with asthma or allergic sensitivity may experience irritation, discomfort, or other allergic symptoms when exposed to artificially produced fog. Please allow sufficent air circulation around the machine at all times. Only use approved Master FX fluids.
Prior to connecting power to your Genesis and Prodigy Pro or Prodigy+, verify the machine’s operating voltage matches your provided voltage. Always connect to a grounded circuit to reduce the risk of electrocution. Power requirements can be found on your machine’s serial plate.
Do not block the vents on the top or sides of the Genesis. Do not place anything on top of the machine. Obstructing these vents will restrict airflow and hinder the machine’s performance. Keep all items off the unit during use.
Once your equipment is properly powered and operating, beware of hot surfaces on your Prodigy Pro or Prodigy+. Do not set items on top of the machines and avoid contact with output nozzle. Always disconnect power when not in use.
Operate only in a well ventilated area and never leave the equipment unattended. Fog may set off smoke detectors if not properly ventilated. Please allow at least 12 inches of space around the unit to avoid overheating. Do not continue to fog if visibility is reduced to 2 ft.
The Genesis, Prodigy Pro, and Prodigy+ are designed for indoor use only, to prevent risk of fire or shock, do not expose this product to rain, moisture, and flammables.
Only use approved Master FX Fog Fluids. Use of any other fluids will result in a voided warranty. Always use caution when pouring fluid and avoid any contact with hands and eyes. If contact occurs rinse thoroughly. If you experience irritation seek medical advice. Refer to the fluid’s SDS for proper handling.
High volumes of fog can cause residue buildup on the ground, creating potential slip hazards. Use caution when operating the Genesis in areas with limited visibility, and avoid walking through fog over surfaces where the ground is not clearly visible.
If your Genesis or fog generator is not working properly, promptly stop use and contact Master FX. Repair and service is to be done only by authorized technicians. Failure to comply will result in a voided warranty.
Proper air flow is essential for your machine’s performance. If you are incorporating your Genesis and Prodigy Pro into a permanent install, consult with a Master FX atmospheric specialist prior to installing. Improper venilation can cause damage to your equipment and result in a void of warranty. Only use approved road cases, use of custom made cases with improper venilation will also void your warranty.
Always keep the Genesis upright and level during use, transport, and storage. Do not operate the machine at a tilted angle, as this can lead to fluid or condensation spills, as well as machine malfunction.
